We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right at the entrance of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Lots of wood and a pretty staircase. There was also an elevator. Looked more like a hunting lodge than a hotel. Very comfortable and inviting. The pool was GORGEOUS! The jacuzzi was HOT and perfect! The room was spacious with all the things we needed. Breakfast room was FULL of food. They thought of everything! Delicious! Every staff member we came in contact with was very courteous and helpful.
The beds were a little too hard but we slept well.

We spent two nights here to visit the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The location is perfect. The park entrance is a very close to the hotel and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was large with a separate bedroom and great seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet making for a good nights sleep. It had a well appointed kitchenette. Breakfast was very good. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Whilst the kitchenette was lovely, there was only one bowl. A couple of mugs rather than the ubiquitous paper cups, and a couple of glasses to have cold drinks out of would have been appreciated. However, we were not self catering, so it was not an issue for us. In any case, trivial points when put in context.

The biggest problem was finding it! Road construction - which they said they weren't aware of before they showed up - obscured the signs. It was also hard finding a local number for directions. But once I reached a person, they were able to describe where I was and give me very clear directions to their location - which was actually very easy to find! A simple note that it was on the east side and south of the main road through town would have been helpful to begin with. The spa was not as warm as I had hoped but it was still a nice respite from the long 9 hour drive.
The hot tub was not as warm as I would have liked it.

Around the corner from T.. R. National Park
Gave us a handicap room and the shower had no lip so the bathroom flooded daily. We were all unpacked so didn't want to change rooms. Gave us rags to mop ip floor. Finally found squeegee for us. No compensation. No light in entrance way. Very dark. No bananas at breakfast. Peanut butter was old. Not creamy, had to try and mix it yourself. Same breakfast daily.

It is a very nice hotel, clean and comfordable
The hotel has made two reservation on my credit card, the correct one has been paid (1 room, two nights), but the otherone (apparently one night) is still on my account as “reserved”. I would have written this in an e-mail but there does not seem to be an e-mail address anywhere. Please cancel that “reserved” approximately 600 USD Otherwise a very nice place

The location is perfect - just a three minute drive into Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and a five minute walk into Medora (where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and shops). Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety. The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of hiking.
It was a little tricky to find a good parking spot on our first night after a late arrival (we did eventually find one).

Full breakfast was just that...full. decent food with lots of options and plenty of time to get down to the serving area. We could sleep in and not worry about them running out. Room has full refrigerator so we could store some groceries. Clean room.
Second floor room. One elevator. TV signal could be spotty. Expensive rate for the room. It was nice but not $300/not nice.

We have stayed in this hotel before; we LOVE that it is located just a few blocks from the entrance to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is a very comfortable accommodation with above average room size, a decent breakfast offering, and a very nice lobby/sitting area. Wonderful walking area: just a block or two from the hotel I encountered wild deer while out on an evening stroll. Check out my photo.
The bed could have had a thicker top pad to soften it up over the firm mattress. Other than that nit-picking, it is a very nice hotel.

The location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a nice surprise.
Seemed like the place could use a good cleaning. Not terrible. Just sort of musty and dark. Hot tub Jets were very weak. Would have liked them stronger after a day of hiking in the park. Cable was very inadequate. Very few stations and no guide. So left you guessing as to what you were watching

Good location, quiet area. The staff was nice any time I had any interaction with them. The pool area looked nice (we didn’t get a chance to use it). The A/C worked really well. Coffee was available in the lobby which was convenient.
The elevator and breakfast room were way in the back. The breakfast room was too warm every day. Our bed had a terrible squeak in the box spring.
