it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

The hotel is very clean. Bathroom was also decent and clean. The staff and manager were helpful and polite. Food was good. Good location too.

It has a good and welcoming staff that makes the stay very convenient. Hygiene and cleanliness were also given due importance.

Nice rooms with clean bedcovers, pillow covers, curtains etc. The furniture in the room was also good quality.

I totally relied on the Good and 7.4 rating given by Booking.com but to my surprise the Hotel is totally pathetic, I was given room on 2nd floor and the lift was faulty, I had to go to the 3rd floor and get down by stairs for my floor with all the luggage, Room key was not given , Hotel keeps the room key with them and when ever you have to enter the room, a hotel staff will help you to open your room. The room itself was very horrible, dirty bedsheets, towels and bathroom.I spotted cockroaches as well there, I had booked the hotel for 2 nights but I had to checkout early in the morning itself wasting my money. Since I landed bhopal late night i just managed to stay there for a night and checked out in the morning. The review for this hotel are all false and booking.com did not do a due diligence of this Hotel, I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone at all.

Everything. Unclean room with smelly bedsheet and towel. I booked room by seeing pic available on website but they gave me very small room and said if you want or cancel your stay. I ordered coffee at around 12 noon and after calling 4 times they provided at 2:10 PM. Not provided drinking water and shop.

Nothing was good or admirable.

Staff was very unprofessional and not able to reply any thing.level of co-operation is zero.all other guests are also complaining abou the service.such a very bad experience.i left the hotel and switch to other hotel.
