We got a free pick up from the station to the hotel . The hotel / room is very clean and spacious..high ceiling. Breakfast was above excellent. I could go back there just for the food.

There was no alarm or direction when the earthquake happened. We were left to make our own decisions whether to stay in the rooms or evacuated.

It was very easy to park then the reception desk was prompt and efficient. They set our room up on top floor, a nice room. The highlight of our stay was really the breakfast. It served one of the favorite, the Mendoan and a nice ambience of a live local artis performance using traditional music instruments. Perfect!

The concierge could have been more helpful. They were just standing and watching, my spouse has to help herself. I think the hotel has started showing some wear and tear outside. A heavy maintenance and cleaning of the building exterior seems to be needed.

Better not to ask number of persons for taking breakfast especially stayed in the hotel more than 1 day

The room that we stayed is great. Air conditioner is a bit on the colder side, but everything else was good. The breakfast was excellent, there are so many varieties of food.

the parking lot could be better. But other than that, everything is great.

The room is not cleaned perfectly. Looks like is already perfect but you must clean all the area even in the places that most of the guest not checked such as under the bed, theres a lot of dust and some of left overs such as used tissue, used cottonbuds an pieces of food wraps which has the potential to make the people who have dust allergies or sneezes. The room services must clean all the area of the room. Btw im greatly appreciate to the young woman (forgot to ask her name) whos in charge in the spa, shes very nice and kind to all the people who used the pool, spa and gym even she worked alone and in charge of those 3 facilities at the same working shift, keep up the good works 💪🏿

Comfortable room, nice and clean

Ordered cuppuchino coffee at breakfast and waiter did not tell us we have to pay for the coffee. When leaving after finished breakfast told to pay for coffee.Embarrasing !
