Hotel Managers , F&B Managers and staff are very kind and professional about their Job. Very friendly staff and always eager to help you. Guest may feel it's another home for them. Stayed there for short duration , however, willing to visit many more times. Special mention to Managers Sandeep , Aakash and Pankaj being very friendly and above par service . Breakfast and dinner was really tasty . View can't be described in words , as it was so amazing that finding correct words can be less. Opening the window curtains gives you a view of lifetime.

Nothing I can think of , wondering why reviews are just above average on this site. For me its 10/10.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It seems management has taken positive steps to act on the criticisms/review of my first stay. The cliff barriers that were previously rusted were repaired and painted, the patridge poop was cleared and the trees were trimmed, overall property maintenace was better this time round. Waiters in the restaurant were of better quality and room service was prompt. Reception staff were the same people as previous visit - No complaints there.

The rooms need to be provided with a room safe. The shower partition in Room 508 requires fresh silicon to stop water seeping into the WC section. Buffet breakfast needs improvement.

Location is excellent. View from the room was very good. Room was well lit and felt very energizing during day. View from bar and restaurant is good. Service in both the places is good. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. One light bulb in our room was flickering, on complaining, it was very promptly replaced. If you call the hotel, someone picks up the and talks to you.

Didn't send a pickup vehicle even after booking it two days in advance and gave a lame excuse for it. Room service was very erratic. Water pressure in bathroom was very poor. Restaurant is situated one level down and is accessible through stairs only. If someone has problem in using stairs cannot go there. Stairs are of uneven height and dangerous. Through out the hotel there are many unexpected small steps. If one is not careful, it may be dangerous.

The room was very spacious and the view of the sea and the gardens below was very beautiful. The bathroom was nice and clean. The gardens below were very well maintained with spectacular views. Staff were friendly. Room service was prompt. The new years eve party was well organized. Clearly they had put in a significant amount of effort. But time management was terrible. The live counters had amazing kababs but we waited till 10:30 pm for dinner, then left without food as we had an early flight the next day.

1. Pigeons everywhere which made my stay really horrible. 2. The facility is old and not renovated. Because of the pigeons, the surroundings were dirty. 3. Food was mediocre at best. Breakfast did have many options. 4. They charged high rates but definitely not worth that much money. 5. After leaving Port Blair, got contacted twice regarding issues with payment at their end. However, these were addressed promptly by the hotel.
