I thought the location was close to my work, but it was only 1 mile! Woo!! Every person I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and while the park g lot was full, the building was quiet - absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. If the rest wasn’t enough to say it was a fabulous stay —> waffle station at breakfast!!!

Everything was as it should be - nothing to dislike

Hotel is nice. It seems fairly new. The room was clean and large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.

The walls are thin because you can hear conversations in the rooms as you walked down the hallway and in the room sometimes. The pillows need replacing. Upon checking in we were told that they charge $10 for each person extra more than 2 people but it wasn’t listed anywhere in the hotel polices on the app. It was for extra beds needed, so just a heads up.

Location, quiet, comfortable, great amenities, staff super great, stayed before, hotel of choice for the area. Will stay again.

Bookings billed my card at 4pm on date of arrival, instead of letting me pay at hotel! Even though I choose pay at hotel option, so I can use my tax exemption. Bad move bookings.

While I don't like to be picky and I know it's an extra expense for the hotel but for those of us who are diabetes it would be nice to have sugar free syrup, how ever I always bring me own just in case there is not any available. But thank you for this question.

Facility very clean, rroms well laid out and bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful making time spent there enjoyable. Breakfast is good basic product, hot and easy to access.

Parking lot does not extend around the building so no side of building parking at rear or side entrances.

I loved the entrance, so welcoming and clean.

Although the bedroom was “clean” it had a foul smell of cigarettes or smoke and the pillow on couch was stained. The sink had visible Mold under the counter rim. The room next or above had kids running around and making loud noises by 7a but eventually stopped. I believe at one point I heard sirens going off but I didn’t see anyone in the hallway.

Nothing I can think of. I did not have any. Maybe they need to replace some of the beds in the room we stayed because Because they seem old and can visually the beds as sagging in the middle. You tend to roll in the middle if 2 people sleeps in the bed. We fall asleep anyway because we are tired but would help if they inspected rooms and maybe replace some of their beds

Location Great! Clean environment. Staff personable, friendly and accommodating! Bed most comfortable I've slept on, I'm picky. I hate rock hard beds that have springs jabbing in all night. It was great.

I prefer a walk in shower as opposed to step over tub. Does anyone ever really take a bath in a hotel stay?!

We need a place to stay on our way to Houston and decide to go here. It is the best. Absolutely amazing experience; clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. Bed was exceptional, we were literally slept on a cloud. Breakfast was standard, but very good.

Very pretty and well appointed. Good location, very clean, staff friendly, and professional.

Only complaint was the breakfast. Watery eggs, cold biscuits, cold potatoes. The sausage was hot and good flavor.
