Regina is the sweetest person on the planet! Our rooms were clean and we were very well taken care of. I stayed with my family (mom and brother) we booked two rooms. My brother has autism and Regina was so nice and helpful. Our T.V was having issues and Regina helped right away and made sure my brother was okay and satisfied before leaving. With autism different environments can be very stressful and the T.V usually helps him stay in a normal routine. This was not our first time staying here and the last time we were here we experienced the same level of customer service which was above and beyond. We cannot fully put in words how grateful we are for Regina and how comfortable she made us feel during our stay. We would always return and recommend Oyo (Pipestone Inn) to others. Finally a place where you can open a screened window at a crack. No need for noisy fan as in many other places. Result: good night of sleep ! Nice new bathroom sink and mirror. Clean!

A few plants in the planters by the entry would be welcoming. Possible lack of staff? The management is doing what they can to renovate. I appreciate their efforts.

The couch, though a great idea, had an older musty smell, but looked clean and was comfortable.

Could of had a better selection of cereal .Too sweet. Nothing to put on toast.

No Kleenex .No place to hang hand towel by vanity. Did not like the small fridge on table that I could have used to work from. Louvers on A/C broken so could not deflect cold air from crossing over the bed. Two pillows only one had pillow case. Hole in bath towel. Soap bar in package broken into 5 pieces, so useless. Did not like carpet on stairs and poor transition from floor to top step. Maybe better lighting in hallway.

Room was clean and the staff was awesome. I was surprised at the size of the tub and how amazing the staff was. Check in was easy and fast. Great size TV, cable, and fridge.

I was a bit turned off by the broken lamp shade and the dated furniture. Wish the plug for the rub actually closed but tub size made up for it.

The staff lady was very nice & accommodating of my need for extra help moving my items due to my injury. She was overall very helpful!
