I like that there was a complimentary Breakfast provided for guests. The breakfast was really nice no complaints.

I did not like the fact that my room was not clean after I notified the front desk that my room needed to be cleaned. I requested more towels and bed to be made when I return back that afternoon everything was left just like I left it. No towels and bed unmade, I had to find a cleaning lady to get towels. When I was checking out the next day, I noticed that there was a chip bag and something else in the corner of the room. So, that goes to show whoever was in charge of cleaning that room, didn’t do a good job.

The breakfast was great. My husband and my favorite was the biscuits and my son loved making his own waffles. The location was great as well. It was close to shopping and restaurants.

Didn't like that I had a roach in my room. Didn't make a report to management cuz it was just one small one and my husband killed it. We also didn't like the low water pressure of the bathroom sink. The water was barely coming out. My son really wanted bacon for breakfast but all they had to offer was sausage.

Absolutely everything mrs Mindy and mrs Stacey were amazing. Felt like we were at home I definitely would stay here again and I definitely would recommend to anyone

One mean old lady I don't even remember what her name is she has short cut hair and wears dark eye liner. She complained about her job. She lied about a child dieng there at the pool. She just was crazy.

It was located conveniently to the interstate and easy to locate. It had a really good hot breakfast. It was staffed by very helpful and courteous clerks and housekeepers.,

A little run down but still clean

The hotel was safe and staff accommodating. It was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The room was quiet and all the facilities worked as they should.

Breakfast was lacking some items (toast and running low on several items) by 8:30 a.m., they stop serving at 9 a.m. The staff hovered a little too much; felt a little weird. Otherwise, it was a decent breakfast.

The location is great, the staff was really nice, the facility was fresh and clean. I would stay here again with no hesitation. It is close to restaurants and right off of the interstate.

I’m not from MS and was shocked that if you do not use a card to purchase your room and use cash you will have to pay a deposit.

Upon arriving there we met a very friendly front desk lady she was ready to accommodate us with a 1st floor room how nice of a lady please check and find out who she was and tell her of this report

Despite the cops being called on some guests there for fighting, I loved how the staff took control over the situation.

The property was in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable.

No inside drink machine and it could use a bar for margaritas. That would be nice.

Rooms were fully prepared with Xtra towels and linen. Beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed having a microwave and fridge in the room. Superb quality 👌🏾

Checking out was a long wait. I would suggest having help to expedite your visitors more efficiently.
