Location is okay at the city center. Breakfast was very good with excellent choices. Clean and large breakfast room. Hotel rooms were large and very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helful.

Only negative for this hotel was the parking problem. They have an underground parking, but it is very dark and accessed by a narrow and one-way passageway. I tried to enter twice but there was a car exiting the parking and had to back into a chaotic street. Then they told me that there was an open parking lot 100 meters away. I wish they told me about it before which would have avoided a lot agony.

Wow! What an amazing hotel. Nicer than most places I have stayed in any country. The rooms (and bathrooms) are huge, bed super-comfortable, great views of the city/mountains outside at sunrise with a deck. The breakfast was unbelievable; didn't need to eat all day. All the staff were super-nice, too :) And, they helped me book transport to Noah's Ark which was great because no one really spoke English in town and it was a bit of a struggle. Thank you!

It's not the cheapest, but you definitely get more than you pay for so it's worth it.

Very comfortable rooms (luxurious even!), friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Loved the single malt whisky available at the bar. Partial views of Mount Ararat from the breakfast room at the top of the hotel - although you can see the mountain from almost anywhere! Great stopping off point if you're on the way to the Pasha Palace.

The hotel has parking in an underground parking lot over the road this is quite tight to get into for big cars, although someone was on hand to help.

Let's begin by telling this place should easily be called a 3 star hotel. Very nice staff from reception to the breakfast ladies. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Fresh and clean shower. Kettle, coffee, and tea bags were available in the room. (Considering what you pay!) It's much more than my expectation in that little city.

Well, for the sake of saying something for this box, It could be better to have a smart card rather than a carrying key in the pocket. Old fasion.

Very nice boutique hotel, we could leave luggage before check in, got tips about area plus delicious Turkish coffee which was real challenge find anywhere in early morning hours - everywhere just delicious tea. Room quite big, bed comfy and balcony was as cherry on the cake. Very nice bathroom with powerful shower. Breakfast very good. Highly recommended

Surprisingly a really good hotel! Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was very big, clean and modern with air conditioning. It even had a stocked mini-bar (the first one of our whole trip in Turkey)! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and that of a 4 star hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here if you happen to be passing through this town.

Great experience from the moment we checked in. Friendly and helpful staff, big comfortable rooms, and a nice spread for breakfast. The hotel is just a block from a nice street with lots of restaurants and there is a parking garage across the street. We would stay there again.

A very clean and good organized hotel. Stayed here the second time already and would always come back. Comfy beds, tasty breakfast and friendly stuff. Free parking available around the corner.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and everyone speaks English. Hotel offers parking - just drive down into a garage opposite the entrance door of the hotel.

Small service issues: Breakfast was said to be from 7.30am on, we arrived at 7.25am and had to take the last table available. Only one small water bottle in the room. Our terrace door could not be locked so we asked for it - it turned out that the lock was not working which was ok for us but they could have offered another room.

Very nice clean and large room with balcony. Friendly and very helpful staff. Free parking. Very good wifi. It was much better experience than expected. Close to shops & restaurants. Great bkfst variety and selection, fresh fruits, cheeses, eggs and many cookies.

All was well.
