A really convenient overnight self-catering stop, this studio was complete with a kitchenette and fridge, great for a Sunday night when everything tends to be shut. It adjoins some sheltered accommodation, so it’s best to be quiet out of consideration for other residents (not a problem for us). There was a lift to get our baggage up to the 2nd floor and all the staff were really nice. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy.

The accommodation was warmer than we’re used to, and one must contact reception to alter the thermostat.

It a good place for a short stay: clean , bright , essential but nice. In a very silent, calm relaxing position . Private parking and lift are very useful.

The bed is too small and there are only two pillows . Impossibile to have two extra pillows.

We stay here often as we travel to and from our house in the Ardeche. The studio apartments are clean, quiet and comfortable and we would recommend them very highly. Situated within easy reach of the centre of Moulins and surrounded with parkland, it is an ideal stopover place, but also as a base for exploring the lovely town of Moulins and the surrounding area.

We stay here often. It is quiet, comfortable and clean. Wifi access is good and there is easy access to a beautiful park to walk in.....important if you have been driving all day. Easy access also to N7 and Moulins is a short drive away.....10 minutes.

Sometimes there is the bare minimum of cutlery, crockery and pots, but usually there is enough for a simple meal.

We love this place. We have been staying here on our way back and forth to the Ardeche where we have a house for several years. The staff are charming, the studio apartments are clean and comfortable, there is a lovely parkland area to walk in at the end of a days travel and the centre of Moulins is a 10 minute drive away. Each apartment has a little 2 plate cooking facility for a simple meal and a fridge, plus basic cutlery and crockery. On the outskirts of the village of Yzeure is an Aldi so easy to get the ingredients for a simple evening meal. A perfect choice if you are travelling or if you want to visit the lovely town of Moulins.

It does exactly what it says on the tin so there is nothing to dislike.

We all think it's a great place to stay......comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff are slways charming. Good studio room as always with a balcony looking over fields. Have already booked for our return journey.

No problem with our stay, but it was very hot and the building has no air con and this can be a problem for renters and staff alike.

We stay here several times a year....it is quiet, comfortable and clean. The studios are spacious and with a balcony or small terrace. Equipment and cooking facilities are basic but perfectly adequate and there is a lovely park nearby for a pleasant evening walk. Quick and easy access to Moulins.

This is the second time we have stayed there, Very quiet, very clean, spacious rooms and good parking facilities. I also like the concept that the apartments are within an assisted living facility so you have an opportunity to have breakfast in the communal dining room with residents, I felt it was a very safe environment if travelling alone.

Good size studio flat, with balcony and a small but functional kitchen (two sites induction top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle). The bathroom is big and equipped with a hairdryer. The apartment complex is in a quiet area. As per the description, some apartments are occupied by nice senior citizens. Our apartment was looking over the parking lot but as a base to visit Moulins and the nearby area it is perfect.

We loved the space and accessibility of the hotel. A brilliant formula for travellers. We have used this hotel before and will definitely use it again.

We were short of a few pieces of kitchen equipment and the blind was broken, although not the fault of the hotel as they were apologetic and left a letter explaining why
