A good position for exploring. If you have a mountain view room then you have got a bonus. It’s a cracking view. I arrived after midnight and night receptionist, Naoufel, was professional, smart, very welcoming and helpful. A great asset to the hotel. The other staff whom I met, were likewise helpful and hospitable.

The hotel is a bit tired and could do with some upgrading. It was nonetheless a great place to stay.

The property is clean, and well ubicated, the also have a good inside parking area. The breakfast basic but good.

The first we got, there was something missing in the toilet, and the other room we were changed, the problem was the shower. So my advice to you is to confirm if everything is working well, if not to request another room.

Generally, the staff was friendly, but when we arrived and we did not find the proper car park entrance, the security didn't even bother to come and help with some directions. Electric kettle was missing from the room, at 11 pm when I wanted some hot water, there was no one to help

The service and the stuff were excellent, the hotel is fairly new, modern and super clean, I loved the traditional meal at the breakfast, the hotel is in the center of town, you can access everything very quickly

Good location (close to Ottoman Palace) and modern rooms.

It shares the building with another hotel and initially it was confusing to find our room. The dinner buffet was good but expensive.

Was a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect in the heart of the city, all sites at walking distance. The food at the buffet was good.underground parking provided.

The rooms are very old and when you enter you smell the smell of cigarette because the sofa bed is very old and people don't respect this smoking in the room which is prohibited. Also, some amenities are broken in the bathroom.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is located in the heart of the city of Constantine which made it easy to visit the different places around the city.

Toilet water sprayer was damaged and also the cover.
