Brilliant location - the views from my room were amazing!

It’s a bit tired - but very clean. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It’s just a pity that she was left to run the whole place especially at breakfast! Too much to do with a large group like ours and not fair on her! Breakfast starting at 8.30am is too late, even if it is the weekend.

The lady on reception was great, very helpful with a wonderful sense of humour, told us everything we needed know about location of the room and times for food service. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The hotel had plenty of facilities, pool, gym wonderful views from the restaurant and terrace. There was a very good choice for evening meals and a great choice at breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again if in the area. Plenty of free parking.

Did not like working through Booking; prefer working directly with the hotel; when making simply a one day change in our reservation which I knew was okay with the hotel, Booking added an extra charge for the change.

Perfect location with a good breakfast. Best lake view from dining as well as from the bedroom. Free buffet dinner was the cherry on the cake 🎂.

Staff seems very busy inside. Its hard to find them actually to ask some questions.

Great view of the lake from my room in the 3rd floor. Fairly easy to reach on foot from the rail station. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good and reasonably priced by swedish standards.

Staff could have been a little more welcoming. I was simply asked my name and then handed a set of keys with no further information provided.

the rooms are somewhat small -- hard to find a place to open a suitcase; need better ventilation such as by having screens on the window to let in the good fresh air without allowing insects in, the sink drain did not work very well -- that item should be checked after every guest; no elevator makes it a bit difficult to lift a 44 pound suitcase up a flight of stairs;

Very nice room, great view over the lake. Bathroom ok. Breakfast first morning very good.

I had been promised a breakfast-box second morning, due to early departure, but never got one. Thats my only complaint.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of parking space. A very nice restaurant with great view and good food

Out very late arrival & check-in was no problem at all. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good, with cereals and hot dishes etc.
