The location is the best, right next to eateries, coffee shops, malls. There is a Walmart next door. Happening place to go around and also for commute, there is a main road which makes everything accessible. I didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. There is a Hongkong restaurant next to Luckin Coffee which is great for breakfast and also serves Hongkong tea, which was fantastic.

I was in Shenzhen for business. Samples were sent to hotel but hotel has no secure place to leave my stuff. Cleaning staff has no idea when was the best time to clean my room. Could hotel let staff know when customer gone out and clean room, rather than knock on the door and woke me up next time? I had only that day to have time to sleep till 9am rather than 6am wake up

Overll 4 daya stay is very pleasent Especially front manager Mr albert (If not wrong his name )very kind person .guide us until get taxi and put luggage on car. Down to earth person Will come again and stay because of his profesionalisme

The location was the best and the hotel was very good value for money. Perfect for business and also for some good places on walking distance.

The General Manager was very good he accommodated us for a late checkout which was really helpful 😀

The breakfast buffet was boring with limited choices for vegetarians , breakfast staff unable to understand basic things when asked

The choice of western breakfast was very limited, no cheese for omelette station ?? No ketchup and no tabasco sauce bottles for guest tables ?! Very surprising for an international brand like Hilton !

Stayed here before, ac didn't work properly then. This time I asked them to give me a room with working ac.they checked on beforehand and the room and temperature was wonderful!

Breakfast is fair, but other things are good, the WIFI is single gateway from Chinese government so hotel cannot do anything.
