Excellent location, especially for business travellers visiting the IT park. The hotel is right inside the compound, so no hassle with traffic—everything is within walking distance, and the area is pedestrian-friendly. The staff at Aloft Bengaluru are proactive, courteous, and always ready to help. The bar staff made my evening with their cheerful attitude, and the music was a great touch, uplifting the spirits. The breakfast team was also very attentive, ensuring every detail was just right. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!

The courtains in the room were not full black out. It was dark enough but not full darkness! I'm being picky here, I know! This is the only thing i could have a complaint about.

Hotel and rooms are in great, clean shape. The staff was excellent. Great service. Food was also great.

We rented the Business office for a few days. The light control is "not" in the room. We had to ask the staff to turn the lights on/off. Few lights were very bright, thus it required extra effort to communicate with the individual somewhere else to turn which lights off or on.

Location is fantastic for the business park guests. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel provides combo food menu in room service which is a nice option that we can't find in some other five star hotels. Funky style design of the hotel is helping to set the mood relaxing from office environment who returns from business park.

I suggest in room service food menu to be included more varieties especially Indian snacks type recipand available for 24 hours since I guess most of the clients are from corporate/business who may work around the clock to match with multinational timings.

Not this specific hotel issue - pretty much every one in the area, too hot in the rooms and not appropriate sleeping covers for that temperature (too worm).

The reception wasn't notified about my 24 hours check-in time although I sent my estimated arrival time and I received a confirmation mail from the hotel via booking In the first and second day there was a sound of construction work or fixing in a floor nearby that took like 4 to 5 hours but luckily in midday In the Last night there was noise coming from the elevator while moving which was reflected clearly in the room

Staff behaviour was excellent. The food at Nook was great both in variety of options and quality, taste. I have been here multiple times and both the stay was worth remembering.

I had to sign a food form on bringing outside food. I was told in reception that it was after the pandemic. Now that pandemic restrictions have been mostly lifted, they can reconsider.

everything .. imp is staff .. everybody from front desk to Restaurant to Room Service and Cleaning.. fantastic... I would like to name all but dont have all names but to note Dharamohan , Jyotirmaya, Nirmala etc. others too .. each one is helpful
