Well when you walk in it is beautiful inside has a swimming pool but the swimming pool is freezing cold it has a hot tub and that's wonderful once you get to the rooms they're ghetto but for the price it's okay

I didn't like the rooms the housekeepers rude you ask her something and she rolls her eyes they don't clean the room right it was still dirt behind the doors there was dirt beside the beds stains other than that it's okay

Alex and Victoria are personable, and helpful. They care about their work and take time to see how people are who are staying there. Breakfast is delicious, the Indian restaurant is great as well.

If you stay outside, you will not get the best night's sleep. People can be loud, especially in the mornings as they are headed out to the field & Thursday nights as they blow off steam at the bar. Also, not a fan of the Escape Lounge. It's not a part of the Hotel, but Churchills is a better experience.

The king suite was very nice! We did have issues with the breaker flipping on the jacuzzi tub but, the manager was very quick to come and resolve that for us. The indoor facilities were very nice like the indoor pool, ping pong, mini golf etc. there’s a nice bar on the first floor also. I felt safe there. A portion of the hotel is outside and that made me happy I was inside where the suites were. The staff were wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable! Room was spotless! The staff, the breakfast, the activities, entertainment and cleanliness were all great perks. The room was beautiful with French doors and nice colorful walls! I’ll definitely stay here again. And easy access to shopping and the highway!

Honestly the only thing I didn’t like which reflects on whoever had the adjoining room next to us, on my last day there because our suites had adjoining interior doors that were locked. But the smell of weed came in really strong into the living area of my suite from the neighbors, and they fought a lot. Again, not a reflection of the hotel or its staff. It was people who booked the room next to us. Oh, I’m disabled and have issues with stairs. It should be noted that this hotel does not have elevators. I was glad I had help getting my luggage up the stairs. So if you’re disabled, make sure you get a room on the first floor.

The hot tub was incredible, they have free miniature golf inside, Indian restaurant, fitness center, and eggs and bacon for breakfast

Don't choose the outside rooms there's a lot of drug activity on the outside rooms. When they ask you if you want inside or outside choose inside. It's quieter. Additionally the pool is freezing for being indoors the hot tub is wonderful

the room was very comfortable and cozy feeling. no outside noise at all. no cars for any other sounds we were by the high way very comfortable for a good night sleep

The manager worked with us cause the dirst night we didn't have a TV remote, the light above the sink didn't work and our AC didn't cool the room off until 3 AM in the morning.

Person checking us in (owner?) was very helpful. Great personality. Made sure as we ate the free continental breakfast (that was better than most hotels, btw) that we had a good experience. This was up & above fir customer service.

The bed was comfortable. It was close to restaurants and other places.

The bathroom looked so outdated and it was tiny. It was the only thing that didn't look very clean but probably because it was so old looking. I also didn't like that they wouldn't let me do a late check out. Maybe I'm crazy but I've done it in the past at other hotels.

Room, Pool, breakfast were good.

Tried to eat at the restaurant, but no one came out to great me. They need to have a doorbell that activates when someone crosses the threshold. I have stayed her before, and I and others have left because of not being greeted.
