The noise from the building site next door. The smell of ciment in the room on the 11th floor. I had asked for a higher floor for better air. They would have gotten a 10 but for this. The Bar and Restaurant should be functioning normally soon, would have been nice. And there should be 2 chairs in the apartment as its difficult to eat in as a couple... ifood. All in all ok.

Facilities and staff. Professional and positive, well qualified reception staff, and the breakfast staff also. Top marks to the team. A multilingual head of reception with international experience. Bravo. 2nd time here and feeling pampered. Marvelous people and marvelous place, we will be back.

Only the glass doors of the shower, weird construction, water drips onto the floor when you open them. Otherwise all ok.

Pillows a bit thin and room keys were very old - they charged me to borrow an extra key

The breakfast was good. And the staff very kind. Fruits and Juices exceptional. There was even jello with no sugar for diabetes.

Cleaning! I was there three days and they didn't clear the floor once! Also the bathroom!!! I couldn't believe. This is not usual in the Northeast.
