Not the first visit to this hotel and a confirmation of the quality of the services they provide. All rooms I stayed were well sized and comfortable, with good noise insulation and comfortable beds. All good in the bathroom too. Very nicely located in central Sumy, a few steps away from the pedestrian area and some of the most famous attractions.

This time my room was overlooking the internal parking, which meant that my windows were smack on the same level as the parked cars. A bit irksome from a privacy perspective but cannot say that I have received any inconvenience from this.

Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

The temperature in the room was pleasant but not very warm - given the big space it might have needed a little more heating support.

Whether you are visiting Sumy for business or fun, a long visit or overnight stay, Hotel Voskresensky is the most convenient and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in close walking distance of anywhere you would need to go in Sumy. The hotel restaurant is tasty and convenient, but there are all the best restaurants and cafes in Sumy also within a few minutes' walk if you wish.

Everything was great!

This is the best hotel in Sumy, and I have stayed here over a dozen times. The staff is professional, efficient, and very friendly; the location is conveniently in the city center and close to all interesting cafes and shops and sights; the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable and quiet; all amenities are available, including tea and a refrigerator in the room and a great restaurant in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return later this month and every time I visit Sumy.

I can't complain about anything because it was all perfect.

As always, my stay at Hotel Voskresensky was perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, convenient location, etc. It is especially nice that during this time when some places in the city often don't have electricity, water, or heat, that this hotel always has these available; it was a pleasant sanctuary where I could sleep in warmth, take a hot shower, and always be able to charge and use my devices and strong wifi. I look forward to my next stay here next month.

Everything was perfect!

This was my 10th stay at this hotel, and it is the only one I will use when I stay in Sumy. The location is perfect, right next to the downtown without actually being right on a noisy pedestrian street. This was my first time with a balcony room, and it was great with a long view of the city, market, bridge, etc. It was a spacious room and huge bathroom, and I frequently made tea and kept my food in the refrigerator. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Overall, it was an ideal and affordable hotel, which is why I keep returning.

I'm looking forward to a time after quarantine and war when their restaurant will reopen.

This was my 12th time staying at this hotel, and it was perfect as usual. A large and comfortable room, nice view, friendly staff, perfect location at the top of the pedestrian streets, great price. And now, after a long quarantine and the ongoing war, the hotel's restaurant has reopened and offers breakfast; the oatmeal and sirniki were perfect for me in the morning before participating in a running race. My next two stays in Sumy are already planned, and I of course made my reservations at this hotel again.

I can't complain about anything—a great stay!

Great location in the centre of Sumy. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Secure parking in the rear courtyard. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff kindly sorted out an issue with paying for drinks by cash.

I am always impressed by how great this hotel is: location, comfort, restaurant, staff, price. However, this time was exceptional in the support they provided in helping me get an essential item I had forgotten at home, when I would be arriving after all stores were closed. They went above and beyond what it expected of a hotel, and they certainly saved my trip from disaster. I will remain a loyal guest of this hotel, including when I return next month.

It's a beautiful hotel, full of wonderful staff, located in a perfect place on the promenade. A 5-star experience in all regards.

I was very sad to say goodbye, but I look forward to returning. BTW, the city is safer than driving on the L.A. freeways.
