Breakfast was nice though could benefit from a bit of variety from day to day. I appreciated the fresh fruit available. The location was lovely and just what I needed for a few days away.

Though the room was kept clean and cleaning services did a great job they removed towels we had hanging up to reuse every day and often would only replace one of the towels. I frequently had to request for another towel when there would have been no issue if just left hanging the used towels for reuse. Often times they had to come back multiple times to bring water, towels, collect rubbish etc when I feel that would be better to do all at one time when cleaning the room. I was attempting to have a quiet retreat and I was often interrupted 3-4 times per day with these services coming back and forth rather than handling all at one time.

Beautifully situated, lovely open air dining terrace by the sea. Rooms lovely with Mosquito netting on each bed. Bathrooms nicely appointed and provisioned. Arranged drives and snorkeling on the lake for us. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Lovely live music on true Terrace.

Room lighting a bit dark for my taste. Snorkels need replacing.

Blue water is such a beauty ,offering a gentle and calming atmosphere .It is 50m from a sand beach filled with great views .I highly recommend if you need a luxurious relaxing break.Its so peaceful and very intimate .Their staff are amazing offer great customer service.Rooms are clean and comfortable .

staff and management friendly and always helpful. upgraded room very comfortable with plunge pool but also large pool next to the lake. breakfast very generous and everything provided....

Location and service

The road leading up to property is disappointing as dirt road is very uneven. Menu is not extensive for vegetarians and the vegetarian dishes are mainly Indian.

I think the road to the hotel from the main road should be improved. Its just less than a kilometre. The first impression counts.
