Beds are comfortable, the room is clean. The air conditioning works if you need it. There is tea, coffee and water available around the clock.

The room is on the small side. The description says plugs near the bed. That’s stretching the truth, there is one spare plug in the room (far from the bed), as the fridge and the TV are taking up the others. There is a kid friendly buffet mentioned in the Booking.com description, there is no such thing. Breakfast included (as mentioned in the Booking.com confirmation) doesn’t actually mean what you’d expect. You’ll receive a restaurant voucher for a place two streets away. The voucher has a face value of 65 Baht per person, which if you stick to a noodle soup and don’t have a coffee will be fine, but don’t try to get a fried egg, toast and coffee using your voucher without expecting to pay extra. Knowing this would be an advantage, but the staff are not volunteering the information. Your room will not be cleaned during your stay which will be fine if you’re there for a short time only.

A nice boutique hotel, near walking street where the market is and has a nice industrial feel in its ambience. Staff, whilst they did not speak English at all, were absolutely fantastic and we got through everything no problems with Google translate. I went to this area recognising that English would not be widespread, it’s not a problem.

It is a boutique hotel, so it didn’t have lots of facilities such as a gym or swimming pool, but it everything that you would want and everything was the highest quality.

The staff were so lovely, although there was no English spoken whatsoever. That wasn’t not too much of a problem, as were able to use a translator to get by and they were very accommodating. The place was clean, well laid out and had a really nice boutique feel.

I missed my room being cleaned one day and had to remind them another day that it was to be done. So in reality I had a 50% room clean fail rate.

Great location. Great staff.

The rooms are way too small. No sitting area or place to eat, no desk, no place for luggage. Actually the bed takes up 85% of the room space. Moreover, no view. Might suit some people.
