I stayed in the VIP Pool Side Modular Bungalow. This place is absolutely amazing. There are so many upscale features that most 5 star resorts don't have. Large Spacious Double Room. Could Fit a family of 4. I loved laying on the sun couch staring out the windows to the brightly lit up pool. The complex is like a small piece of paradise, where I don't believe one leaf or flower or tree is not kept in perfect condition. The room.offers Huge 1970s style square based windows but with a modern colourful twist and all the smart features you can possibly think of. I didn't even know that Tesla made so many types of appliances. It is so nice to know the place is run on solar power. Wifi was fast and the bed was comfortable. The washrooms are absolutely sick (slang compliment) the showers offer thrusters on the side, rain head and plenty more. My room came with a laundry machine for extended stays and what else can I say, this family run business is new and they strive at making you feel welcome. From the welcome beer to the 'giagia' (grandma) made my frappe in the morning when she saw me awake. It is a modern complex. With state of the art technology and you feel like you are in the Caribbean in a lovely hut resort. I love, love the windows. And to know they even have an electric charging station for cars. Hlias the owner found me anything I needed including shuttle to airport (cheaper than booking a cab) to a phone charger to borrow. I am very happy for this family run new business. It's so new that not everything is finished. My room for example had a temporary kitchenette and appliances and over the winter is having a full sized built in kitchen added. I have zero complaints. The pricing is fair. I only wish I stayed longer. Next year for sure.

Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about and found the price was very reasonable in comparison to other properties.

The bungalows are situated about 5 minute walk from the beach, and about a 20 minute drive from Athens International Airport. We were given a warm welcome by our hosts with free beers at the poolside bar, which doubles as the reception desk. Our room was overall clean and came with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toastie maker. This was just enough for us to prepare breakfasts and some meals with ingredients from the shop directly next to the complex - useful as my partner is vegan, and the nearby restaurants didn’t offer much to accommodate her dietary restrictions (no surprise, but it’s worth noting for other vegans looking to stay in this area.)

The description does note that the pool is not heated until the beginning of the summer season, on April 1st. However we felt this detail should have been emphasised more, and perhaps not included in the branding (business cards, Google, etc.) so heavily, because it is not available year round. Although we appreciate the potential cost of heating the pool all year, we felt that it was counterintuitive that is not heated when the beach and sea is coldest. Especially as this feature is included on the business cards, and even on Google Maps, regardless of the time of year. Honestly though this was our only complaint.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. The hosts were excellent at communicating, and were so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Beautiful property that felt very safe. We mostly chose to stay here due to proximity to airport, but ended up having a restful and enjoyable 2 days here enjoying the pool, nearby beach, and nearby restaurants. Many other attractions nearby that I wish we had had more time to explore! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The hosts were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Stunning and refreshing large pool and picturesque gardens with surrounding greenery created a tropical paradise. Hosts happy to assist in driving you anywhere, especially to and from the airport at crazy times during the night. Great beach and dining hub along the main stretch in Artemis and a terrific local fresh seafood restaurant is a must to dine in.

Need to walk downhill to beach but not far at all.

The rooms were spacious and full of high-tech facilities which enhanced our experience. Location is a short 7 min walk to the beach and local restaurants which worked well. Having a supermarket located directly next door was an absolute bonus. The area is not your typical Athens location, but it was close to the airport which worked for us and offered a different experience from the usual places. we arranged airport transfers directly with modular bungalows and again this absolutely enhanced trip. We were at the end of our trip and had enough of dodgy taxi drivers. So it was lovely to be greeted by a kind trustworthy face when we arrived at Athens airport.

Owners were so hospitable and accommodating!!! Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere!! Welcomed us with a glass of wine and provided us with transportation when needed. There was a great local art gallery/souvenir shop and mini mart within short walking distance. Such a wonderful time spent there that we stayed an extra night!

Even though the bungalows had kitchens, it would have been nice to have has a small continental breakfast offered/included for people only staying overnight or a short time.

tranquil setting, lovely bungalows, set in a safe environment secured gates so I didn’t need to worry about my kids being out. pool was accessible daily and heated. the bungalow we stayed on was lovely and well catered to our needs. staff cleaned daily which was an added surprise. family run accommodation and each one very kind and helpful. they were always available for any queries about local attractions and even provided details of a full bus route for a day out to Athena. many attractions/beaches within walking distance. can’t praise the owners enough and for sure if we had the opportunity to return we would stay there again.

Picked up from the airport by Elias, perfect gentleman and friendly, when we arrived at the property Alina was also a perfect host The Bungalows are set out in a well thought out way so that you had privacy. They were very clean and bright and the surrounding areas were well maintained. The pool area was lovely. Location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Elena and Elias are simply great People, they will give you tips, a warm welcome and cocktails at thé pool!. We loved them. We started here for 5 nights and we wished we stayed longer. Normally i never go back to the same place on holiday but for them i Will make an exeption. We stayed in many places in Greece but this place was the best. Many great value for money restaurants in the neighbourhood, and if you don't have transport you van take a taxi ( 40 euro) or bus and metro to athens ( we payed 3 euro for two People?!?) If u need transport to the village you van Rent An electric tuk tuk from Elias, all powered with 100% green energy!

The weather the first day... 😄

Modular bungalows is composed a 6/7 bungalows each hosting between two to five/six people. There is a central common pool and facilities to have lunch/dinner outside. The bigger bungalow have a kitchenette. Everything is brand new and very aesthetically pleasing. You can see a lot of thinking, love and investment has been put into the place. Elias and his team work around the clock to tidy and clean the property and this is very enjoyable. We spent a excellent day there, mostly resting around the pool. The team is very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the property very much and were mostly alone there during the day. The property is not very big and it is difficult to say what is the experience when it is more crowded. We were located in the two bungalows that are near the parking and the road. There is some noise from the road, mostly during the day. Not a deal breaker but something to take into account.
