I had a alittle issue with the room I booked at this hotel, but the hotel manager responded quickly and provided the best service and ensured my comfort during my stay at Luminor Hotel. This was my first experience being prioritized in a hotel by a very friendly and gentle manager. Even when I checked out, the hotel manager gave me the best smile that made me very impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you to Miss Emy. I feel like staying at Luminor is one of the best experiences I have ever had.

The ambience was exactly what I have seen on the booking.com listing - modern, warm & friendly. The exterior and interior were delightful to find in a small city like Purwokerto. The staff from the security to the reception desk, cleaning service, housekeeping & hotel staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/inquiry. We accidentally left a jacket in the car which took us from the hotel to the train station and just realised it when we were already on the train. A quick call and several WhatsApp messages, we have received our jacket delivered to our hometown. The free shuttle was a bonus ( I read your IG page about it) Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care. The food during breakfast was good too. A great idea too (for the environment) to have glass water pitchers which we filled drinking water from the water cooler. No plastic waste and able to have ample water when needed.

The bed linen had some streaks/botches, the bathroom exhauster need to have a stronger suction power, & routine room checks. We noticed a room near ours which was not completely closed for more than several hours. We called the front desk to check, which they did.

The place is close to city center where we can explore the area easy. Trip were so fun with my family

The hotel signboard can not be seen from the main road, especially for new comer coming with private car

The location is very good. In the downtown of purwokerto. This hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from Purwokerto station

Good breakfast and good service, the pool is very cool and has a very good view of the town center. The location is amazing, giving you access to everything in just few meters. The room is comfy and the shower is good.

The AC unit was leaking water in the room but we called service and it was fixed in some minutes. At breakfast napkins were nowhere to be found sometimes.

Location is great, right in front of the city center (alun-alun) and there is a mall just a short walking distance from the hotel. Easy to find food, the neighborhood is quite lively and not too dark, but quiet enough that it will provide you with a good rest. Gym and pool is quite clean as well.

They don't provide towels for the gym equipment so I think you should call in advance. Views from the pool are great, but only at one side. The other sides are covered by mall and residential area.

The bed is VEry comfort , cleanliness is good. Check in/out is Ok . Free Car Parking
