The location could not really be any more perfect. The architecture, though dated, was charming…and the facilities were very comfortable. My room was quiet a night, with no noise from outside nor nearby rooms. The buffet breakfast was lovely, though on our second day, they said there were not enough guests to warrant serving the buffet, and so they made us get our breakfast at the adjacent restaurant “Pamboli”. This breakfast was fine, though there were less options and quantity than with the buffet.

I heard that the old Hotel Srbija restaurant was great, but by the time I got to visit Vršac, it had been replaced by the “Pamboli” restaurant, which is a kind of faux-fancy, “international” place with ok food and high prices. It wasn’t *terrible*, but I wish I could’ve dined in the original hotel restaurant. Otherwise, I don’t really have anything to complain about….Hotel Srbija was very nice, I’d stay there again when in Vršac, for sure!

Breakfast has been consistently good and in comparison with previous couple of stays did not oscillate.

Rooms and entire hotel require substantial renovation. Despite hotel's mature age, staff is trying to maintain high quality service and cleanliness. Food is generally very good, although juices offered at breakfast should be improved. Cordial-type juice should be replaced with a proper fruit juice.

Location was perfect and bed comfortable

Breakfast location (in restaurant next door), parking next to building and ease of validating the ticket, walkable to near parks.

Air conditioner only in the bedroom not in the attached living room area. TV not working properly, no lighting on our floor from elevator to entrance of room.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The parking spot was full of trees so the shadow was welcome for the cars. In the room, a fruit basket was waiting.

The room was very noisy. Windows were all closed, but there was a party or something near the hotel and I could hear everything. Elevators are not working in the morning. When I checked out (around 8:30-9am) I had to carry my luggage by stairs.

It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have much options but the taste of everything was perfect. Parking is free and location couldn’t be better.

One woman from reception wasn’t really polite as she should be, but everyone else were really great. Speaking of value for money, I think 70 euros per night for 2 people in a hotel that hasn’t been renovated for at least 20 years is too much, 40-50 euros would be more related price, but all in all, we would recommend this hotel to everyone. :)

The hotel is in a very good location.

Price is a little bit more than it should be. Hotel looks like it is empty, like there is no one. 🤔 I don't like the restaurant because smoking is allowed. The tables are separated, but it is certainly not pleasant to sit and eat while someone is smoking nearby.

Central location.

Staff at reception very impolite, saying there are no free places for parking while there were only 2 cars there (all night)! Probably a way to make some pocket money because of a festival that time and possibly to rent parking places for one night stand, instead of giving rooms to "clients"...

We are satisfied with everything. The air conditioner was working before our arrival and the temperature in our room was comfortable. Clean, neat, cozy. Many free parking spaces. The breakfast is very tasty - a huge range of snacks, dishes and drinks. Friendly staff ready to help 24/7. We recommend this hotel for visit.

There was just one thing I feel should be mentioned, we weren't warned at all about a school excursion happening at the hotel. It goes without saying we don't mind kids, however we couldn't sleep at all because of the ruckus and the breakfast schedule changed which meant that we missed our breakfast... which we paid for.. just feel when there's a situation like that, please do warn the guests. We could've bought ear plugs and gotten earlier for breakfast.
