The room, building, cleanliness and staff where spot on. Have come here twice and loved it both times.

They really need to look into the WiFi, since it's completely unusable. We had to rent a separate co-work space to be able to get very basic work done. Not only it's consistently slow, but it also experiences complete cuts every few minutes.

The property is new I think! The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is small and compact with everything you need. The staff are brilliant, nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Honestly we felt like it was great value for money, in a great area, 24/7 desk staff made us feel really safe and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I didn't like that they wanted me to download an app in order to gain access to the apartment. I don't need more apps. The concierge was there 24 hours though, and was able to give us a key card to gain access.

Nice property. I loved the rooftop.

We had issues during check in becuase of th app you have to download, the system is bad also when we entered the room there was a person fixing the curtains, we had to change rooms, and were checked in pretty late.

When the lift decided to “retire” on Sunday otherwise can’t complain with the exercise.

I was very satisfied with everything, including the service, room, and staff. In particular, the service of the staff was so good that I was sorry that I couldn't give a tip. A handsome, tall male staff solved our problems and provided friendly service. I want to use this hotel again next time. I hope many people use this hotel.

Great location, lots of things to do nearby. Easy to reach from Aeroparque airport by taxi.

They could have included hygiene products in the bathroom.
