The simplicity and functionality: a good pool at doorstep in the morning and evening, good cooking. I would like to appreciate the location and scenario. Unfortunately, this is the weakness, I wish there would be more native plants like spontaneous grasses in the desert, red sand and less pebbles.

It isn't particularly on this hotel, actually, which I really appreciate, and in compared to other similar facilities not very invasive for the desert, but the beauty of the desert is the emptiness, the loneliness feeling: concrete and asphalt takes a lot away from the desert attraction. I wish the surroundings could have been less impacted.

We really liked our stay in Western Hotel Liwa. There is history in the place ( belonged to a Sheikh Zayed bil Sultan) and is renovated one year ago for a hotel. Staff was very kind and our stay was wonderful. They took good care and responded to our wishes and Special food allergies was taken into serious and great chef did special food for our daughter. Pool was nice and quad drive was so good experience for our young children. There is Moreeb dunes on driving distance so we had amazing sun set experience there . There is also camel ranch nearby. Thank you 🙏🏻 we definitely come back !

It is very serene , just like what we are expecting away from city. We are thankful to have our room upgraded to the villa , very accessible to all facilities, special mention to Rania at the reception as she is very friendly and approachable, nice to be welcomed by sweet staff even on busy holidays , appreciate it 🥰

The food ,but only the lunch option , we did not quite have many options , the breakfast was ok and bit decent than the lunch.

The hotel was recently renovated to a high standard and all of the hotel facilities were beautifully decorated. We were visiting for a mini honeymoon and the hotel pulled out all the stop for us! They really made us feel welcome and added special touches for us throughout!

Due to it recently opening, there isn’t much to do at the hotel in terms of entertainment and due to its location, there is nothing else to do around. The spa wasn’t open as they didn’t have any staff there. They don’t yet have their liquor license but the manager said they would be getting it soon.

It’s a great spot to unwind and relax for a short stay. The surrounding areas also make for a decent drive through the dunes. Staff were courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. All requests were promptly addressed. Special mention to the housekeeping and reception staff who were gracious and helpful with all our requests. Wasn’t too crowded during our stay which allowed us to enjoy it better.

Pool was amazing. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff were excellent.

Food was cold. Be prepared to ask for everything to be reheated. Restaurant staff were amazing, and accommodating but everything was cold. For example, fresh steak in pepper sauce was taken out for the buffet and it wasn’t even heated, straight from the fridge. Variety, taste and price excellent but temperature was shocking.

Cleaness of the room.

Went for a short staycation and I loved it. The hotel is remote, peaceful, and felt like an oasis within an oasis. Great place to drive to and unwind, get away from the city. Staff were all super kind and helpful, breakfast was awesome and everything you’d want, and I was very comfortable in my room. I’d stay here every time I visit Liwa, with more visits to come inshallah.

The Hotel is brand new but yet historical as it was recently renovated and opened. rooms are really nice and comfortable, it exceeded my expectations. The location near Moreeb Festival and attractions is fantastic. The staff, especially Mr. Saleh, the front office manager who was a constant presence ensuring our comfort 24/7. He made our stay exceptionally pleasant, and we would gladly return next year to meet him again. Highly recommend for a great and quiet experience in Liwa Oasis
