It was very nice they had a pas to load the car. When you drive Electric, this is very nice. They were so kind to give the card of the hotel to us. And the woman at breakfast was very polite and friendly. Will come back for sure.

The second bed was a little uncomfortable for my son of 13.

When smoked salmon is served for breakfast that is good. When horseradish whipped cream is served with the salmon, that is exceptional.

No elevator for 3 levels of rooms. And no reception desk open at 21h

Location : Close to shops (Chinese restaurant, Pizza shop, Ice cream shop and a local brewery) and also in a nice and quite place. Within 10 mins drive we can reach to Wolfsburg centrum Staff : Staffs are very friendly and can be accessible at anytime (through phone) Breakfast : Nice breakfast spread and again staff at breakfast counter was very friendly and willing to go extra mile We even extended our stay by one day due to hospitality of the staffs

Suggestion for improvement : 1. Would be nice if they have kettle and some coffee/tea making items at room 2. Toiletry items like body lotion can be provided

The hotel is very quiet in the lovely town of Fallersleben which lies adjacent to the much bigger town of Wolfsburg, but is actually the older of the two. The people (including the staff) are very friendly, but check in can also be done remotely (and the door can by opened by smartphone - with protection by German privacy laws). I didn't sample the breakfast, but nearby there are numerous bakeries that provide with excellent bread and coffee that can be consumed on the spot.

The room was quite small, so check for that when you book since larger rooms are available, preferably on the ground floor since the floor above that has rooms under the sloping roof. There wasn't a coffee or tea maker in the rooms, either and I there is no climate control (though there is heating, obviously) but that's as far as any criticism runs.
