Welcome reception was excellent. Young lady was polite, professional and helpful. Elevator was helpful. Room was comfortably sized. Bed was comfortable. Finding dinner in town was okay. Definitely make reservations as soon as possible for in hotel restaurant. The hotel encouraged me but I didn’t act on it in time.

Fan in room would be very nice. Would be nice to have a paved walkway into the hotel reception area to get bags in more easily.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The room is basic and clean and it’s great value for the money. The best part is the property itself and the amazing staff there. The young lady at the reception was so nice and helpful, and answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Delicious pastries but no eggs. Not complaining just noting. The only down side is that their shower is extremely small. Parking is ample and right in front of the rooms entrance. We drove to the nearest train station (Polo-10 minutes away), parked the car there for free, and took a 30-minute train ride to the heart of Venice. The location is therefore great. If you decide to do the same, just note the closing hours of the Polo station. It closes around 11:30 pm I think and we missed the last train out of Venice to Polo, which resulted in an expensive taxi ride, but that was our fault for not researching well. Long review short: would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for affordable accommodation outside of Venice with easy access to the city.

Nothing, even the small shower didn’t affect the great experience we had there.

Nice hotel half an hour away from Venice. Kind staff, clean and comfortable room and very good breakfast. I am overall very satisfied. Large free parking area is also on site.

The shower is a bit tight, and the location, well... If you want to go to Venice by public transport, you need to walk 20 minutes to the bus stop (53E) and take a 45-minue journey to the city.

Good breakfast, not only sweet things. The hotel provides more other foods than sweet ones

The fence and the gate of the hotel may frighten you. You may think it is nothing like a hotel. One more minus - there is gravel from the gate to the main entrance, which makes it difficult to drag your heavy suitcase. But the building inside is comfortable!!!

Excellent breakfast, secure parking, very kind English-speaking staff, comfortable bed, and a renovated, tidy bathroom.

The furniture in the room was quite old and very basic. It looked as advertised, but the combination of the old style and the yellow lighting in the room was a real letdown.

Beautiful building, friendly and helpful receptionists. Very practical location for a day in Venice. The rooms were basic, but lovely, well-kept and clean. Nice buffet breakfast, but coffee was so-so. Good communication (we arrived a bit late).

The staff isn't there often, but that's specified beforehand, so no problem. It's a shame you can't have a drink outside in the courtyard area.

Convenience of bus to Venice. Walking distance to the beautiful, historical centre of Dolo. The monastery accommodation and setting was great. Restaurant on site was appreciated as was the included, tasty breakfast. Elevator helped with luggage.

Shower is so small, if you are over 100 kgs it is so funny 😂😂 our collegue has a problem to fit in 🙃 Night traffic is very frequent and if you sleep with open window it can be annoying But excually for is it wasn't a problem ***will oversleep here again, place is really beautiful***

Rooms big enough, clean, cleaned every day. Classic breakfast, sweet and salty, but all fresh and in sufficient quantities. The espresso machine is a plus.

I personally missed any kind of refrigerator. Although it is a 2-star hotel, a refrigerator, even for the mini bar, would be desirable. It would also be good if they put a bench and a table in the yard, which is nice, big and has a lot of shade, but there is nowhere to sit. Especially since the rooms do not have a balcony.

Really cool old building with a comfortable room and secure private parking on the property. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Good selection. Only a 30 minute drive to Venice. Great value for money.

Cannot think of anything negative to say.
