The hotel offers excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The heating system works perfectly, keeping the rooms warm and comfortable. The spa area is outstanding, providing a great space to unwind. Additionally, the breakfast included a good selection of fresh vegetables, which was a nice touch.

However, the breakfast lacked some standard items typically expected in a 4-star hotel, such as porridge, boiled eggs, and pancakes. Instead, there was an abundance of mayonnaise-based salads and sandwiches, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Additionally, the room had no shampoo, the shower had an extremely weak water pressure (making it impossible to rinse thick hair properly), and the hairdryer was very low-powered.

Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable… except for the beds. While the room was clean and comfortable overall, the beds were surprisingly hard. The double bed felt more like a wooden bench, and our child’s single bed was so firm it could have been the floor! It didn’t ruin our stay, but it did affect our sleep quality. That said, we would still recommend this hotel for its many strengths. If they update the mattresses, it would be a five-star experience all around!

Breakfast was excellent. I travel a lot but it might be the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The room was very comfortable and stylish. All facilities I needed were available. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Its size allowed for actual swimming.

My room was close to the restaurant's terrace which made it slightly noisy at occasions but never after evening hours.

Beautiful hotel with historic architecture with elegant vibe.Great location close to city center and the lake walking distance. It offers free access to a swimming pool, spa pool and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi is provided. All air-conditioned rooms very tasty and balanced breakfast .

The only thing I would say was not my favorite was the lunch not so many choices of food overall not that great quality

It was an exeptional experience - staying in the castle! Room had an interesting interior, was not big, but cimfortable and clean. Every staff member was really nice and welcoming. Pool area was really nice too, had a small pool for kids. We liked the breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, the restaurant itself had really interesting interior too. We planned to stay for one night, but booked an extra night after spending there one evening. Really recommend this place if you are looking for something interesting.

The only thing that could have been better for me was shower - it was difficult to fond the right temperature, water was either really hot or cold, with no in between 🙃

Style and furniture are really good. Comfortable bed; nice swimming pool, with sauna and relaxing area. Excellent breakfast with vast selection of sweet and savory. Staff is friendly and professional. Location good; not in the center, but not far from the port in a pleasant area.

My room was a bit small, and single hand shower with inconvenient connection is below par in a 4 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, the hotel facilities are also at an excellent level, including the pool, sauna, massages, etc. Rich and good breakfast, excellent cuisine, wine and coffee. Beautiful landscape all around the city, lakes are not far from the hotel. Around the city there are plenty of opportunities for bike trips or boat trips. Last but not least, also very kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much.

I really liked the hotel. Very nice team, high quality service. A very tasty and balanced breakfast. SPA-part with a warm pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I liked everything very much. Ideally suits as a romantic place to stay. But it seems to me that the price, even for such a cool quality, is slightly too high, for which I reduce one point.

Excellent service. Got our room changed as we got one next to a somewhat noisy/loud parent with child who kept us awake for hours during the night. Staff is extremely kind. Hotel has Tesla destination charging available even though it eas not listed anywhere. A life saver.
