I stayed one night but visited the hotel multiple times to enjoy dinner at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is professional and provides the highest level of customer service I've received in a long time. The food was good, and the ambiance was amazing, overlooking the city. The music, which included a live band, was a nice touch. The property is beautiful, and the rooms offer smart technology on the doors for keycard access. The decor of the room and the bathroom was well coordinated which makes it a pleasant stay. To wrap up my stay, I had breakfast by the pool before heading to the airport to catch my flight. I recently (Sept. 2024) stayed at this hotel during my visit to Liberia. Comparing with other hotels from Liberia that I visited, and as a European entrepreneur with experience in the hospitality industry across various continents, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its superior conditions. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable bed, air condition allways on and … halleluyah, without moskitos. :) Every request I made was resolve swiftly and positively, with high level of service provided by the staff. Congratulations!

The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast offering, which, with a bit of development, could easily match the excellent standards of the rest of the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Polite and friendly staff who were always will to assist in helping guests. I enjoyed using the gym which enabled me to also exercise whilst on vacation.

Due to the absence of electricity and the roads being dark at night, it was a little difficult in locating the which leads to the hotel from the main road when driving at night.

The hotel is well maintained at a high spec, and I upgraded my room , which was lovely and spacious. The gym is very clean and looks like it’s hardly been used, and the swimming pool is wonderful, good size, depth and temperature!

I felt some members of the staff could be more approachable/friendly as it’s a travel and leisure industry, but a massive shout out to James the barman, Edwin from reception, Precious and the entire rooftop family for making me feel at home and welcoming me with open arms.

A wonderful facility located just our the downtown area of Monrovia. The staff was great, and the rooftop restaurant and bar area allows you to stay in and enjoy the view of the local area The rooms are comfortable and provide plenty of room to relax. They offer shuttle service for a fee, and I highly recommend it once you arrive at the airport.

The facility is in a perfect location and is suitable for all types of leisure. I visited for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing. The property was clean, and the staff were welcoming and always available to help. I personally enjoyed the root-top bar and restaurant. The food was amazingly good, and the services were top-notch. Would definitely repeat.

I love the fact that the property had everything I would miss in Australia such as the gym, rooftop bar and not to forget the amazing swimming pool. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I go to Liberia.

Guest are not allowed to have the food menu in their rooms. Which was quite odd.

Private and beautiful gated hotel

The property is great. The only thing is you cannot charge so much money without morning breakfast. Secondly, they need to improve with the European’s food.

The staff are so friendly and cooperative

The $ 100 USD security deposit should be placed on booking. Com to allow customers to properly budget for their stay on the hotel instead of abruptly encountering that at the reception

Loved the staff and their professionalism especially Edwin and Ortis and how when you called the front desk they were ready to help.

Maybe menus can be placed onto a QR code ? Instead of paperback books but apart from that; I loved it!
