It was clean and the AC was working well. They gave us a mini fridge for our room. Breakfast is always good. Celaya is a dangerous city but I feel safe at this hotel and there is a safe place to park the car. I especially like the roller shades with one room darkening and one light filtering. Another big plus is that the shower has a door and the water doesn't leak all over the floor like other hotels.

There is construction at a major intersection nearby making it harder to get to the hotel and more traffic on the street in front. Thermostat is not adjustable. The room can be cold when staying here in the Winter. They sometimes have a shortage of towels so we bring our own just in case.

The staff is great they help you the best they can.

The breakfast wasn’t great to be honest it needs more options especially some drinks. There was only coffee and Hibiscus tea. Also I didn’t like the air conditioner I noticed that during the day it would not cool down at certain hours and it would warm my room at night it hard to sleep.

They had the lights off during the day I guess to save costs?? was hard to see the entrance key port, they give me 2 keys only one worked but the lack of maintenance in the system was making challenging for the key to work, the breakfast got empty fast and took too long for them to realize and put new food, the food okay, the water was cold on Saturday Monday for a shower I waited for some time and no hot water came out, the front desk people is not very client oriented. There was mold on the bathroom
