We booked this property as we had been visiting the Bike Week in Willingen. On arrival finding the parking space was a little confusing, however we found a great spot right next to our room which was important to us (I ride a Harley and my wife was travelling in her beloved Audi A5 Cabriolet). Despite being right next to the station there was no noise at all and it was generally a very quiet location. We chose to eat in the Restaurant and were not disappointed as the food was great. The bathroom was large with a very spacious walk in shower. The room and sleeping area was also spacious and well set out. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpfull. My only gripe was that the beds were set rather low for my liking ( Iam only 5´10" tall ) Breakfast was tasty and well presented, all together a very pleasant experience.

The upper skylight windows in the dining area could do with a clean, but I only noticed that as at times I am rather pedantic. Apart from that no further gripes from my side.

The location is excellent, close to the center, all important facilities are nearby (train, bus ...). The staff is extremely friendly and available. Meals are delicious and plentiful. Although the rooms are close to the road, it is very quiet! If I have the chance, I'll stay here again.

The parking is a little bit small, but the owner of the hotel jumped in and everything was resolved in an instant.

The facilities were new and well kept. The sound isolation with outside is very good which is useful because of a small water drop in the river next to the building. It is a bit noisy with the window open but it’s a constant noise which doesn’t botter me much.

The sound isolation between the rooms and the hallway is bad. I was unlucky to have noisy people the room next to mine. Also the two bedside lamps made an irritating buzzing noise when turned off, eventually I used earplugs.

There was a disgusting cat smell in the room.The staff did nothing about it.

Room is good although a lot of stairs. Food for diner realy good although expensive

The treatment of the blonde employee was rude and inappropriate. I asked for a double bed and they gave me a single bed and she said I should pay more if I wanted a double.
