Exceeded expectations all around. Impeccable newly renovated clean room, strong AC, wifi, great bed. great location central in town walkable or bike-able everywhere. Just absolutely the best Rapa Nui Host who is exceptionally helpful and passionate about the heritage and sharing it with everyone. we ended up hanging out as well as doing excursions. 100/100!

From the minute I arrived to Rapa Nui until it was the time for me to leave, I could not have felt more welcome, comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. I was greeted by Alejandro with a lei and taken to the hotel. There I met Yvonne who checked me in and showed me my beautiful room. Good air conditioning, clean, with luxury amenities in the bathroom. There was a fridge and safe in my room too. I did not have a correct plug to charge my phone, but I got an adapter from the reception. Breakfast was served with fresh fruits, juices, made to order eggs, hot drinks, cold cuts and various breads. The hotel is located on the main street with restaurants, a theatre, pharmacy, tourist centre and more at arm’s reach. I was able to walk everywhere. The best thing about Inaki Uhi is its people, Alejandro and Yvonne. They are caring, welcoming, attentive to details, they are not afraid to go above and beyond for their guests. I was treated like family and left speechless many times by their generosity. They advised me on things to do, arranged tours and made it very easy for me to experience the beauty of their home island. I cannot thank Alejandro and Yvonne for their kindness and hospitality.

You will feel in this Hotel as if you are at home among your family, and we thank Madame Ivvone. She was very friendly and compassionate. They are an honorable for the people of the Easter island. This was such a nice hotel. Ivonne, who works there, is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing - especially the coffee. The hotel is right in the center of town, so very conveniently located to all the restaurants, etc. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and there is a lovely garden area to relax in. This is the best place to stay in this price range. None of the other travelers I talked to on my tours were particularly enamored with their hotels, but I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast nice, adequate. Great location for walking around town. Close to tourist office. Staff very friendly. The pickup from and drop off to the airport is very convenient. I felt very safe at the hotel and on the island in general.n

Not much information available about the island at reception, e.g. no maps to give out. I wasn’t even advised that I could get one at the tourist office. To book tours, some phone numbers were given. Because not all companies use WhatsApp, if you don’t have a phone service, you have to walk around town to find a tour company. That’s not such a big deal as there are several tour companies around the town.

I appreciated the delicious breakfast offerings, the extremely helpful staff who consistently inquired how they could assist, and the charming presence of free-roaming chickens on the property, which added a unique and homey feel to the stay.

The occasional noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, as were the late-night smoking and conversations in communal areas. Additionally, the early closing of breakfast services, the water heating issues due to tank-based supply, encounters with cockroaches in the bathroom, and the high price compared to similar quality accommodations in more developed locations were disappointing aspects of the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing…..Ivonne, Antonio and Alejandro were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size for two people with table and chairs, ample closet space for clothes, AC that worked very well, good WiFi and a wonderful location. On the Main Street of Hanga Roa, access to restaurants, the waterfront, Tahai etc was perfect. A short walk to anything in town. Best part of the stay was the fabulous people who work at this family run hotel.

Everyone that works here takes care of everything and makes you feel like family, “No worries” From the minute they pick you up from the airport! Strong WiFi signal and shower pressure, comfortable bed and pillows, mini fridge, breakfast and coffee were delicious. We also loved hanging out with Jauñita! Location was prime. Close to everything. I highly recommend staying here with Alejandro, Yvonne and team when you visit this magical island of Rapa Nui.

The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel a lot!!! Ivonne, the hotel owner, is a very nice lady, always smiling, patient and kind. She made me feel so welcome staying here. Besides, the hotel is in the center of the town, 15min walk to Ahu Tahai as well as nice restaurants (eg Te Moana), and 5min walk to tourist information center for the national park ticket. The room itself is clean and comfortable, particularly the lovely garden where I always played with Huana (a big lovely dog). Hope she makes friends with other tourists after I left. I would stay here again for sure next time traveling to Rapa Nui.

Everything is perfect!

The staff is extremely welcoming, warm, and will do anything to make sure your stay is amazing. The breakfast was good, with freshly pressed juices, coffee, eggs, variety of breads and cakes, etc. The room was average sized, good functioning shower, hot tap water. The hotel has a beautiful garden and extremely friendly dogs that roam the property (and the island). I felt right at home the entire week. When (not if) I'm back, I'll definitely stay here again.
