We loved the authentic Spanish style charm of the hotel. The large comfortable clean bed, and the well equipped bathroom. Paco is an excellent host, with good local knowledge and a warm friendly manner. The hotel restaurant is also exceptionally good and make sure you have a meal there. There’s plenty of safe street parking next to the hotel. It is only 15 minutes drive to the beach, or you can even visit Cabanes swimming pool for €2. There’s a great bar nearby that is friendly and serves excellent omelette sandwiches. Breakfast can easily be found nearby too.

We didn’t dislike any aspect. Other than we had to leave and come home.

Charming, quaint, very Spanish. We had a lovely time, despite only having two single beds (we booked in the day of arrival). The dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Gastronómico in the name is truly apt. One of the best meals we've had in over 3 weeks in Spain, and we're foodies! Friendly and helpful host.

The air conditioning is set and you can't adjust it. Comfortable but lacking flexibility.

Our stay at this amazing townhouse included dinner. It was the best experience ever, the gentleman in charge of the dining room was extremely welcoming and the food was full of flavour. I had never tasted such delicious dishes or had such an amazing driving experience. Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed in Cabanes to be near to Valencia airport. Although it was early July, this was off season. We were the only guests in the hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. If you want to eat in the restaurant you should book in advance with your room booking, The host opened the restaurant especially for us and the food was excellent. He served the local specialties and very good wine. There was no breakfast but I think this was because it was off season. There was a local bakery/cafe we were directed to.

Very nice small hotel in Cabanes a little village close to Valencia which offers a really nice menu. Host was extremely nice and helpful and we decided to stay an additional night. Food was delicious and reasonable price and so was the winelist. Definitely worth a try and perfect location if you want to disconnect for a couple of days. It also has a very nice rooftop terrace which we made use of with a nice bottle of wine!!

Warm welcome, flexible host, able to store our bikes securely in the lobby, comfortable room, excellent restaurant, attractive decor.

Almost nothing apart from there was no bath plug to run a bath.

Worth going for food alone. Hotel needs some care and attention. Nevertheless it was a good stay and Paco is very nice
