It has exceeded my expectation. Friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Delicious breakfast with good choices. Got free drink coupons - pleased to get them. We’ll visit again for sure.
A little bit noisy for the hotel location. You’ll get noise at night for rooms facing the bars, or day time for rooms facing the main road. We stay on the side facing bars. The noise level is acceptable as we stay on 12th floor.

It is not the first time i stay in this hotel. Breakfast was very good and room comfortable and clean. Also fitness facilities and the swimming pool were very good.
Location is not the most practical one, because you need to use the car for any move. But if you have to stay in Longgang district, it is perfect.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the staff is what makes it truly exceptional. Οn April 30th at noon, the staff member at the concierge desk was amazing. He was incredibly helpful and anticipated my needs. I've been staying at this hotel since it opened and I continue to believe that it is the best hotel for visitors to Longang .

location was great and staff were wonderful specially the person who served us. There was noise from outside on the 6th floor but we were moved upon request to another room. Great place to be and i would reccommend this hotel to everyone

Check-in was fast, room was clean with comfy bed and pillows, buffet breakfast was very good with wide range, friendly staff, other facilities was very good, wifi was good speed.

Best Pillows worldwide i had in 35 yrs travelling. Spacious hotel and good bar / restaurant.
