Beautiful serene hotel. Perfect location (only if you have a car) amidst forest trees with wonderful view of a lake. Very nice and helpful staff.

The AC operated from the front desk due to some malfunction - not convenient. Breakfast is only one of 2 trays options- American or Korean. Quite dull. 2 things I have never witnessed before, nowhere: The bathroom water had a weird sense of oiliness to it. Next to the room number, on the outside, there is a description of the standard of the room. ( regular, delux, executive) I find it intrusive and totally unnecessary.

The location was exceptional in a green forest overlooking a lake. Stunning views from the hotel room, that had also a small balcony. Lots of walking trails. Very friendly staff. There is a beautiful and tasty restaurant and a nice bar on site.

The bed mattress was very wiggly. Beware that there is absolutely no public transport in the area and the hotel is far from the town. If you do not have a car, you depend completely on taxis, which may be difficult to get at night.

The breakfast was great. And also the dinner menu and the liquor were of good quality. The view was beautiful. The location was good. It was would have been nice if the staff greeted upon entry.

The staff could be more friendly. They were friendly upon checking in. But after that the greetings were unsatisfactory.

Beautiful views and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just a quick drive into the min city. Restaurant on site was delicious.

Our room was above the terrace cafe, so you could hear people if you had your window open for the lake breeze

The view from the room is fabulous. And the staff are wonderful: always smiling and helpful. we really had a very happy couple of nights here. and just a short taxi ride from town with its lovely fortress. plenty of water provided in the room. And the water! I had not expected this! it is amazingly soft and fabulous on your skin!! the food was good, if a little pricey. westerners need to expect a Korean breakfast! when considering this hotel please remember it is 3* and by a lake: we didn’t have a mosquito problem but I saw a review complaining about them. the hotel provides mosquito repellent in the rooms and there’s a mosquito net for the balcony door.
