We had an absolutely incredible stay , this resort is a dream for families! There’s so much to do for all ages, from fun activities and play areas for the kids to relaxing spaces and entertainment for the adults. The vibe is joyful, welcoming, and truly family-friendly. What really stood out was the wellness centre — an absolute gem! The spa facilities are top-notch, with serene spaces, saunas, and pools that melt your stress away. Whether you want a peaceful retreat or a moment of quiet after a fun-filled day, this is the place to be. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a variety of healthy and indulgent options, something for everyone. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. And let’s not forget the natural surroundings — stunning views, peaceful walking paths, and a beautiful setup that blends seamlessly into the landscape. Waking up to the sound of nature was pure bliss. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and nature!

Beautiful setting and location, great house and superb facilities for a young family of two adults and two kids

Everything about this place says "family resort". From the description and photos online, to the facilities on offer eg: playgrounds, animation, soft play centre. So why do they taking bookings from entire football teams on an end-of-season booze-up? There were two on the first two nights of our four-night stay (Friday and Saturday). Drunken, loud, obnoxious, and no consideration for other guests. They were singing songs into the small hours, and I can only presume the staff did nothing to stop it. A real shame. This is a superb resort but after two nights of disturbed sleep, I was already ready to go home

We stayed at one of the insel rooms (which are located in an inland island part of the river/lake water system ) which is picturesque and felt exotic. We were blessed by some rather warm weather (28-30 'C) and the hotel room was quite insulated. The pool area was nice and our kids really had a good time. Beds were comfortable, and the surroundings are amazing. Lakes, forests rivers are next to the hotel to explore and enjoy. Nice play area for both young and older kids. We would like to visit again during winter.

The wooden terrace/balcony in our room was weathered with protruding splinters. One of our kids had an accident with one of those. Moving stuff in and out of the room is a bit awkward.

The Kids room (both big and small) are wonderful, our little guy was happy to play with different toys and also read different books. He also was able to use the ball pit for his amusement. The breakfast and dinner were great as usual. I'm very happy to see diverse staff that speak different languages which helps push the moto of Integration, Diversity and Inclusion. We didn't use the spa but the swimming pools were well kept. However, this time the Jaccuzi was out of order and the sauna as well.

We were a bit irritated with the team of boys (either football club or something similar) that partied with loud noise all the way up until 3am in the morning. I kindly request the management to have strict policy for noise and to not allow such parties to take place that disturb the peaceful nights, especially after 10pm. This resort is a family resort and hence the guests should know how to behave and adhere to rules. Please have a guard take a couple of rounds at night to make sure there are no rules that are being broken :)

When entering the hotel lobby we were politely greeted by international staff at the reception. The check-in was performed in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was so well prepared that every question I planed to ask was answered even before speaking them out. To say that they were professional, very open, kind and helpful is like to say nothing. The hotel is located in a beautiful and pictoresque area. From all the windows and the balcony we had a view on the marina full of boats, yachts, floating houses. The room we got was very spacious, clean, well equiped with kitchen supplies. Beds were really comfy. Mattress, quilt and pillows were at their very best - one of the best I experienced in hotels. On the other side of the marina bank you can have a view on a hill slope with small houses that are also part of the hotel. It was a remarkable experience to spend time in the hotel area, which consisted of out- and indoor playgrouds, game room, swimming pool including small outdoor shallow area etc.. The area invites you for many activities, naturally that require water, as there are so many possibilities, including renting a boat, bike, canoe, kayaks etc., but also you can have the simplest activity - a walk :) . In the afteroon/evenings you can go donwstairs to a bar with run by a friendly, polite and professional international staff. All in all the hotel lets you not to think too much about things you should not care about during your stay, and lets you have a great time full of activities and relax. It was the first time I was in this hotel, but surely not the last.

This is the second time I was in one of many Precise hotels, and again breakfast offer is low in vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika. Maybe I would not mention this if I was there in January, but in the summer season, huge availability of veggies and fruit, it is a little disapointment. I think it is worth improving.

Great pool (lovely size and warm!) with separate baby pool and a nice slide for kids. Very nice indoor playground for little kids to let out some energy and a lovely outdoor adventure playground. The resort itself is very quaint and beautiful. The food was tasty and promptly refilled when finished.

The house we stayed in had a double bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other. The mattress on the bunk bed wasn’t great and the railing of the top bed was partially broken.

Very nice location that right at the waterfront. Facilities for families. Variety at breakfast is huge and freshly prepared.

In summer time over 30 degrees with strong sunshine made the Familie 2 bedrooms extremely hot that we needed to borrow a fan. There is no air conditioning. Not suggest to open the windows at day time and at night too many mosquitoes.

We loved the resort's location and the rich and varied breakfasts. The staff was efficient. The cottages are a bit old, but well-maintained and equipped. The pool was a big plus. Parking is available outside, allowing guests to drive to the cottage within 15 minutes.

The house was missing garbage bags and coffee filters.

Nice area with a great and relaxed atmosphere. The house was spacious and nicely furnished and very nice beds. The kids loved the pool.

From our house to the parking lot, pool, restaurant it was around 500 m. which was a bit annoying. We missed a shop where we could buy things like water, snacks, ice cream etc. Nicer outdoor furniture would be nice. The was only a small rusty table and 4 chairs (5-6 could stay in the house).

this was our second time at this resort. We had booked a single room apartment home, we got a free upgrade to a double room apartment, free of charge. an additional crib for our baby was provided free of charge. as always the rooms are deeply clean, and they smell so nice. (my younger daughter has dust allergy, we observer no issue, as it was sparkling clean). Staff is very friendly. The breakfast as usual its a buffet where you can pick among different types of foods. (all tasting very good).
