Brilliant hotel. Excellent location right on the seafront, 30 second walk to the beach and two minute walk from the main streets of the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. Lovely room, very clean and spacious, with a superb view on the seafront from our balcony. Fantastic breakfast with a huge amount of choice including many types of cakes, bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheese and more (including gluten free and dairy free options). We also hired bikes from the hotel for free which we really enjoyed. Perfect place to stay to visit Alassio and the surrounding area!

The location is very good and convenient and in walking distance to the city centre. The bicycles are available to enjoy surroundings Parking places were available in the front of the building. The breakfast was good and you can find pastries, eggs, cheese, meet, muesli as well as several milk options Wi-Fi was good. Very helpful staff

The room was a bit little (as well as a bathroom) but enough to stay for a short time. No elevator but it isn’t necessary for us

All is near. Few steps to the beach. Good breakfast. Kind stuff. You can have a breakfast on the outside terrace.

If window is open in the morning it smells from the kitchen. When main light in the room is turned on you can hear some electrical type noise. It is annoying. When someone walk upstairs or move the chair you will hear it.

We loved the location and having a balcony which faced away fron the busy seaside. We had a very nice room and were very comfortable . The breakfast was very nice.

Being awakened by a barking dog in the hallway on more than one morning.

The hotel is very nice: the beds were comfy, there is air conditioning, and it is right next to the beach, but not in the super busy touristic part (5 mins walk). The cleaning was great, the staff is also great. The hotel has parking nearby that costs 15 euros per night.

Our room was tiny, it wasn't a great discomfort, but if it would be bigger and that would be better. however, we knew what we booked. So, pay attention when booking.

Our lovely sea view room, with balcony, looked out on roadworks directly opposite to the hotel! Rather spoilt the view and was very noisy at times. Bathroom was VERY small although very clean and functional. TV was far too small for the room. We could here a lot of noise from other rooms i.e. dog barking and baby crying.

Great location for enjoying Alassio, appreciated the recommendation for dinner and that the helpful front desk lady made a reservation for us.

It's helpful to know that there is no elevator - so pack light!

Excellent room with a lovely little balcony and great sea view. Good desk and chairs together with other nice furniture touches. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly cleaning staff. Nice little lounge and bar. Very good breakfast and the restaurant dinner we had one evening was high quality (although the main course quantity was smaller than average for some reason).

The bathroom was ok but shower on the small side. Ridiculously gloomy bathroom light - such a small thing but why on earth do they not brighten it up with a bigger bulb? The room would be even better with just a picture a two on the large empty walls.

Location just off the promenade and only a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping area.

Parking is a problem but the same for everyone. A 10 minute walk is needed to find a space without paying but the hotel did warn us in advance.

Location is perfect , the staff and owner (I presumed) were very polite and kind .. hotel was spotless .. you can not fault true hard working hoteliers .

There is nothing to dislike
