The location was fairly close to the Four Rivers Bike route. The small convenience store just downstairs next to the check in office was always fully stocked and kept very clean. Ideal when all you want is to shower, eat welI and get a good nights rest. The elevator up to my floor was a welcome relief to tired legs! I was shown to the downstairs garage in order to secure my bicycle safely for the night.

A few tiles from my bathroom had separated from the wall next to the shower and I informed the manager on duty showing him with pictures. He cordially apologized and would get it repaired after I had left.

The service was terrific. Cleanliness and hospitality was quite good. The staff provided pick up from the station. Definitely would recommend and visit again!

The basics that you are probably looking for: It is close to the Four Rivers path. The room was clean and spacious. It had multiple outlets and phone chargers. A GS25 was conveniently located in the same building. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the manager speaks fluent English. The other stuff about my personal experience with Raemian: I am trying to bike from Seoul to Busan. I am not a cyclist. I am just trying to explore Korea. I am a woman, and I came alone. The night before my stay, I called Raemian and told them that I was planning on biking there, but I didn’t know if I would be able to make it all the way there. I asked if I should make a reservation anyway. After letting me know that he spoke English, the manager told me that many people cycling from Seoul to Busan stay there and that he is also familiar with the path, as he has biked it himself. When I let him know that I didn’t know if I could bike that far, he gave me his name, encouraged me to try, and said that he would keep a room for me just in case. After I arrived the next day, he recognized me before I even came inside and called me by name. We spoke, and he was so very kind to me. I could immediately tell that he really cares about his guests. As I mentioned before, I am a very inexperienced cyclist, so I ran into many difficulties. I explained my situation to the manager, and he helped me more than I could have imagined. There was another young woman that worked at the front desk (I never asked her for her name because I was too stressed and focused on getting to where I needed to be. So sorry. 😭) who stood and waited with me for a very long time and tried to help me as much as she could. Many things didn’t work out on my trip. However, this has been, by far, the greatest experience I have ever had while traveling in Korea. I was blown away by the kindness I was offered by the staff at Raemian. I highly encourage people to stay there, if they are in the area.

For the price, very safe, clean and great service.

Location was perfect for me - right next to Hanggang Bike Path, and a few kilometers from Saejae. Note that I left my eyeglasses at the hotel. They found them for me, and quickly mailed them back to me. Thank you!

You get what you're paying for. A little step-over motel in the country-side. Nothing special but also not something bad. I cycled cross-country and had a nice stay here. The convenience store is quite helpful as well.

Although the room is advertised as non-smoking either due to precious guests or ventilation it might smell like someone smoked

It smelled like the previous tenant had smoked in the room.
