Room was comfortable & bathroom nice.

Room & breakfast was ok. Pool area was awful: a few broken chairs around perimeter, very dark lighting, cement around pool was cracked & broken. Definitely needs to be refurbished! The lobby & front desk was nicely furnished, but the rest needs some updating to elevator, halls& other common areas.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was a treadmill and bike available. The other equipment was dysfunctional. Weight room a plus and appreciated. I liked the lemon water and hospitality tray in the lobby. I liked the availability of breakfast between six and 930.

The pool was a little off color for my taste so I didn’t get in it. I think this is just a small chemical adjustment easily corrected. Third floor ice vending machine was broken which in my mind was a plus because I was roomed close to it The property is modest and a little dated but well tended. I appreciate that very much as a traveler.

Jennifer was amazing. She accommodated everything we asked for. Her personality is great alone with Jeff. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and the breakfast had a lot of variety. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here in the future.

The hot tub and pool were newer and very nice! The breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage on top of a continental breakfast. This exceeded our expectations!

Our sink in room 200 was stained. The location right behind the prison was a little sketchy.

Liked having breakfast available and the staff was friendly on arrival. I believe it was the manager that helped us - she did a nice job and genuinely appreciated our business.

Water (or some type of stain) in both the bathroom sink and bathtub. Probably from hard water/iron. The whirlpool was closed and the workout room was small with little equipment. Other hotel chains have more to offer for the price.

The rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was amazing allowing us to enjoy a full breakfast regardless of the fact we walked in 5min before closing. She was warm and inviting and didn’t make us feel rushed in any way. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting at check-in and check-out. I will definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating with extra pillows and blanket. We did express the room smelt like smoke and they tried to spray.

The spray to get smoke out made smell worse. Next we will request a new room

Comfortable bed with lots of good pillows, A/C that worked great, excellent shower, quiet location, the best breakfast room ever, with something for everyone. Nice, spacious room on the ground floor, close to where we parked.

The pool was on the warm side, but it was a very hot day, so maybe that was the reason why. It was still fairly refreshing after being outside all afternoon.

Comfortable. The front desk person, Rachel, was accommodating. After she put us in a room on the side of the hotel facing the road, I asked to be moved because the road was so loud.

Semis were breaking noisily, and I knew it would last all night. She moved us to a quieter room away from the busy road, and we slept fine.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was included and was very satisfying with lots of choices

Brought my 3 Grand and they live to swim. Pool was closed but not advised when booking
