5 nights, Sept 22-27 The owner's family picked me up at the airport and dropped me off when I left; they had a bicycle for me to use = great. Nice quiet neighborhood, and you need a bike or motorcycle as it's on the fringe of Nan town. Just 4 units here, and my room was clean, the queen bed comfortable, good aircon, good shower pressure and water temp control; the room is basic but has a kettle, water, instant coffee & creamer, small fridge, large wardrobe (no hangers). New towels, water, & coffee every day. The owners are very nice and friendly. I recommend Ban Roojai.

Everything was good, so no complaints. The Tourism office is across from Wat Phumin, so pick up a good map of Nan city. There's a nice bicycle map available with 3 different bike routes well marked, but the map isn't exactly to scale, so a few places will be hard to find if you don't have Google Maps available to assist you.

Really great value for money. Nice atmosphere. It would be nice to stay here for a month. Why do I have to tell you more, Booking.com? Typing these reviews is tedious... I'm just typing until the green bar fills up. Goooooood.

the room is very clean, bed and linen a lot more comfortable than I expected. Great value. there's also a mini fridge, daily housekeeping, great A/C, privacy, sound of birds and roosters yet not isolated.

There was free pick up at the airport and though I wanted to stay longer they did not have vacant rooms, so they referred me to another accommodation the owner even dropped me off at the airport on my last day. Brought me out for breakfast and showed me where the night market and other attractions were. It was really kind and I appreciate it. You can rent a bike from the owner if going further but if you will only be in Nan you have free use of the bicycles. Room was clean and cute, and even had a sink at the balcony so you could wash dishes or hang your laundry. Will return next time I'm in Nan

bathroom perfectly fine, but a bit unusual. Need to tell guest location of switch to turn on hot water heater !
