I liked that I made a secure reservation through "Booking", because on the spot at the hotel they asked for a different price for the selected rooms.

I didn't like that there was a condition to use the spa and pool that only people with swimming caps should be allowed. They asked at the reception for 5 euros for a hat and said that they would not let us in without hats. Accordingly we purchased hats for everyone and when we visited the spa and swimming pool specially all the guests were without any swimming caps and swimming freely.

Hotel is quite new, so the facility was great. you have fitness, swimming pool and sauna available. Cleanness was amazing. The breakfast was with high quality and big variety. Personnel was very friendly. Highly recommend the hotel

I did not like the windows isolation. We were visiting during very windy and cold weekend. The windows in room 315 need to be fixed because it was really cold, if you sleep on the side closer to the windows.

Clean, fresh and modern hotel. All facilties were as expected, and in some cases better than expected, at this price point including the pool and gym in the basement area. The room I had was a king sized room and I felt would have been a bit small for more than one occupant however I may have been given a single occupancy room. The location isn't great however there are enough restaurants and grocery stores within 10 minutes in all directions to keep you fed and watered for a few days. Buffet breakfast was fine, usual choices of cold meats, fruits and cereals with exception of the scrambled eggs - best scrambled eggs I've ever had in a hotel. There were a couple of extras they did as well such as peanut butter, fresh honeycombs. I didn't try the ala carte breakfast however menu looked standard and acceptable. The restaurant in the hotel for evenings was again fine. It was fairly priced and portions were very reasonable. Staff at all roles and levels were very helpful and pleasant

The sauna at the pool didn't seem to work, or it did work but I didn't know how to turn it on as there were no instructions. On the evenings it was fairly quiet in the restaurant however service wasn't as quick as you'd normally expect. While there were a handful of small restaurants and convenience stores within 10 mins walk, the hotel is located in a fairly sparse and desolate area. However there appears to be a lot in the works for local improvements and development in the area and I expect in the new few years this will be a busier neighbourhood

Great hotel, clean, newly furnished, ample parking behind the hotel with no height limit for vehicles, nice breakfast buffet, something to eat for everyone. Pool looks great, but unfortunately did not use it. It only is open from 8 am onwards. Would definitely stay again!

Windows need cleaning from outside, hardly could see through!!! But other than that nothing!

Very clean, quiet and confortable. WiFi very good !Extremely dedicated and helpful person Zelal at the reception desk. She gave us all informations we needed , had very good command in english , stylish and very nice. . We stayed here twice and every time she welcomed us in a professional and friendly manner. Not to forget to mention the guys from restaurant and the food - very good.

Very helpful staff , special mention for Yusuf the night manager. Knows a lot of languages and in the morning after his night shift came by himself and helped me board a bus to Istanbul. Recommend the hotel for its staff

Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Parking directly outside the door. Aircon works well and the rooms were comfortable. We had a good stay.

Not the prettiest location, but there is a tasty restaurant across the road.
