Nice property. The entry to this hotel is a bit confuding. The staff at reception looked like don;t know how to smile at customers. This property looked overpriced to me. Food was okies. Too much spicy. You would find better properties at Zirakpur at this price.

The staff at reception should be courteous. Nothing very special to mention about this property. Just an average one.

Like the room albeit a bit small for the rates charged. Restaurant was nice and clean but the food was bit highly priced.

Rooms were very good. Staff was good as well.

Sadly, some smoking guests in other rooms ( due to central air conditioning) led to smoke coming through AC vents in our room and bathroom. It made the stay uncomfortable. Not the staff's problem but they need to make sure guests don't smoke. The staff did address the issue. But our night was spoiled. The room phone was not working to make a complaint. Bathroom need shower caps or buckets.

I like the location, comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the rooms.

There conditions of the roads to the hotel was bad specifically the service road. Also, if there is a possibility to add few more items in the breakfast menu then it would be nice.

Great property and friendly staff. Breakfast spread was amazing, quite impressed with it. Lastly Spacious room as well

Very far away from Chandigarh city (around 20 + kms) but close to airport. Toiletries were provided only on request Tv was not working

Breakfast was good though the Service was extremely poor ans slow. Manager was instructing waiters and they were passing the buck. Manager had no control over service.

Amazing rooms / Cleaniness / excellant Location . The staff are professional , restaurent is spacious . I was impressed by their staff Anil Kumar in the restaurent who served me Combo Noodles & Rice . This was a complete value for money & also tasted very good . My Appreciation to him for his over all Hospitality & nice way of handling the guest The bathroom was nice & the room was good enough to get impressed when you see it for the 1st time

Buffet breakfast is priced higher in comparison to the room Prices . It can be looked into for reduced pricing

The hotel was well appointed, clean, and had practically everything. Food was great. Not expensive. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to not like.

Our stay was very comfortable, the noise from the street was barely audible good windows, comfortable bed. Very polite staff, helpful. All the amenities corresponded to the European level, very clean.

The front desk managers are so cheerful . The restaurant staff were good. Enjoyed our meal very much
