My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The best part was definitely the amazing people working there — always smiling, incredibly kind, and ready to help with anything at any time of the day. The owners are lovely, and they create such a welcoming, positive atmosphere. I really enjoyed the chill and relaxing vibe. It was peaceful, with no loud noises during the day or night, and there was a great energy thanks to the nearby music, café, and restaurant that stay open all day long. The facilities are excellent: a big, super clean swimming pool, private beach access, a restaurant, and the option to rent scooters at a very good price. Everything was also very clean, and while the room was on the smaller side, it was cozy and nicely maintained. The location is elevated, giving you a beautiful view, and you're just about 10 minutes from supermarkets and everything the town offers.

If I had to mention any downside, it would be that the shower water wasn’t always very hot, and the breakfast could have had a bit more variety — but honestly, those are very minor things compared to everything else.

If you are going on a tour and leave early , you just need to miss it. -limited option for breakfast youll get either pancake or eggs and toasts - no faucet just the shower so we just filled the basin with water running from the shower -3K deposit is outrageous for the type of room that we are staying with only a fan and an outdated TV. - 3% service fee if you are using a credit card was not disclosed until we arrived at the property and planning to use a credit card

The villa the pico hotel has a magnificent location on a highland overlooking the sea with magnificent vistas of the coast and the mountains. It has the best swimming pool of any hotel or place that i have ever been as it is at least 25 m long and good for lapse and it is shaded by a tarp that provides protection from the sun. At 1600 pesos or about $27 it was a great value for money. The views from the hotel terraces are spectacular some of the best that i have ever seen from any hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable with the board at the foot of the bed that was painful to my feet. The beach was rocky and no good for swimming or snorkeling.

Great view to the sea and the swimming pool. Room was spacious enough for us two and we appreciated very much to have hot water in the shower. Food offer was just enough with philippine and international dishes. Every day, we had the pleasure to have a continental breakfast. We liked particularly the kindness of the staff, especially the 2 staffs working in the restaurant. Great help of the staff to carry our bags from the main road to our room.

Maybe a little bit of fresh fruit 🤔 Kids love their homemade pancakes 🥞 We stayed couple of days for our Christmas family celebrations. My family enjoyed it, love the place and the atmosphere. All Staff are very accommodating,kind and very friendly specially lady in the front desk and Ulysses you are the best!! 😁 thank you so much for your best services. Location safe and peaceful place to stay specially for a big family with younger children.

Sadly we only stayed overnight to catch a boat the next morning. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, because the standard room and the views were very nice. Clean & comfortable! Had some tasty dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Staff were very friendly.

Staff were also very chaotic. It seemed like some of them have had some stressful days, because they were running around all the time. They might have overcharged us for dinner at check-out, but we were in a hurry to catch the tricycle, so we didn’t bother.

Everything! From the first greeting to the 'Goodbye, see you next time!' The resort is clean, room was clean and presentable, staff always smiling, meals were fantastic...very hard to fault this resort. The staff know the way of the land, local people, were very helpful with organising a tour and super accommodating. This place is chill, fun and the staff were attentive to my needs.

Juliett and Ulasys the hosts gave us a loveley welcome on arrival were extremely helpful throughout our stay. If you like nature and peace and quiet this is the place for you. Food in the restaurant was very good and a lovely swimming pool. The views from our balcony were stunning.

130 steps down to the beach was quite a rocky beach but clear water. Depending on what room you book quite a lot of steps to reception and to leave the hotel.

The location and view is awesome! You have to see for yourself! The pool evening lights are wonderful too! The staff will definitely take good care of you and are extremely approachable and friendly! It's a must stay in Puerto Galera! I had fun with my beach stroll as well.

Since it's situated in a nice overlooking view of the sea and town.. there's a lot stairs. You have to go down a several steps to the beach. But it'll still be worth it since you'll enjoy the view. The menu was limited but they will make sure to make it fresh for you so you have to wait a bit. The staff will keep you updated on your order and the stunning restaurant view will certainly compensate for it.

The staff is absolutely lovely and accommodating just like all of the other comments have said. It is a little oasis on its self. The pool is of a decent size and the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Warning: there are a ton of stairs, so if you are not physically capable of doing the stairs, I would not recommend this location. The options for breakfast are rather limited, but what they offer food-wise is very good.
