Beautiful Hotel and Beautifully Located on Av. Hidalgo, Santa Rita Hotel del Arte was the nicest hotel I stayed in while staying in Zacatecas! Wonderful room, updated furnishings, very clean and comfortable. It was a very nice room (504) that was located right by the reception desk. I noticed in reviews that other clients complained about noise from the desk, I did not experience that but noise from the street was prominent. The location was outstanding! It really was classy place to spend the night. I LOVED THE SHOWER, it was an overhead rainfall type shower that was SUPERB!

Noise from the road outside (Av. Hidalgo) could get quite loud at times, overall not unbearable, just remember, people here go to bed very, very late by some standards (not until 1, 2, 3 a.m.). Be prepared.

Super clean Staff is extremely attentive - great service Amazing breakfast! Menudo on Sunday was amazing! Exceptional location - here you are within walking distance to most of the main attractions! Parking was a huge plus! The rooms are extremely clean and modern! The bed was super comfortable The shower was exceptional Daily room service was amazing - it was so nice to come back to a super clean room

Breakfast was erratic. Buffet or no buffet unpredictable from day to day. Not sure what was included and what was extra.

This lovely hotel fronts on a busy street. From time to time it’s very noisy, abetted by a great deal of interior tile and an on-site Starbucks where one night they played intrusive music until I complained around midnight (it didn’t happen again).

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent and very central to everything we wanted to see in the city. Zacatecas is a beautiful city.

I feel the staff could be somewhat rude. I booked a room with a balcony and I was given one in the second floor which had a good view; however, the noise level from the music playing outside on the street at night was very bothersome. The noise level was extremely loud and it was hard to sleep all five nights. The television also had limited channels. My husband and I enjoy watching the news in English and Spanish and only Spanish channels were available (no CNN). I did ask whether a room at a higher floor such as the 4th floor was available but I did not get a response. I feel that it should have been considered given we stayed for 5 nights and we paid a good sum of money.

Very clean, kind staff, close to points of interest like museums churches. Best breakfast included, you can choose main dishes like barbacoa, chilaquiles, etc

Need acces For disabled people. There is an elevator but need to ask to open a door from inside to get access to the elevator that’s is inside the Starbucks. Need to be more accessible for disabled people.

The property is a downtown location. It’s in a beautiful area walkable to everything that you need. Very artsy old area of Zacatecas extremely beautiful with beautiful views of the cathedral and the hillside.

I liked most things about the hotel but, strangely enough there is no bar… And the gym is a little small

Breakfast was great, the staff is the best!!!! Very attentive and helpful, location is perfect! I love this hotel.

They switched my room, I had reserved one with a balcony and got one with a patio so I was disappointed and I wish the gym had more equipment.

The room with the balcony was very noisy due to a local party but seems that was only that specific date.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was quiet. Great breakfast and the location was right in the center, close to many restaurants, the cathedral and Jardin. There were 5 museums within easy walking distance.

No negatives.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast that was included in the price was outstanding… plus there is a Starbucks at the entrance. The hotel is very close to major attractions and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
