Honestly the hotel was fine. the problem is with parking - you have let your car far from the hotel and you cannot book the parking place, so it can happen, that parking place will be full. Huge problem is with communication. Hotel charged 2times our payment (ones via booking and 1 after arrival). When you want to contact them to return one of the payment the hotel do not communicate - don´t answer to emails, messages...and the worser is - when you call them directly they hang up the phone!!!! we still have no answer from them and also no money back. I do not recommend the hotel and for me they are unserious.

The location is excellent, the room is very big, the staff very polite and eager to serve. Big TV set, fast internet , bath robe with slippers, good value for money.

There should be a safe in the room, the shower is too open so the bathroom has water everywhere after a shower. The breakfast is a 3 star hotel standard.

Our first night wasn't so good as we had no air con in the room and it was very hot, but we were given a much bigger and nicer room the following morning. It was very comfy and the air con was great! Hosts are very friendly and welcomed us. Even got some welcome drinks! Can highly recommend the place!

Breakfast wasn't up to standard, don't expect anything fancy. Understandably it won't be the standard of a big hotel as there are only a few rooms. Although we were hoping for breakfast from the restaurant.

This place is a true gem located right in the heart of the old town. It is a renovated historical building, a reminder of the old life the town once had within the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The owner is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cosy and breakfast is plentiful as well as delicious.

Everything was perfect, the owners are the most nice, humble and beautiful persons which we could ever meet. They were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of tips about the area and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Location was great, in the city center, close to everything, easy to reach, parking provided free of cost. Breakfast - perfect and varied, you had multiple option form which you could choose. Room - even if we stayed in the small room, we had everything what we needed for only one night in Satu Mare.

Excellent location, in city center, near the park. Friendly hosts. clean, modern rooms, high quality materials. Good plumbing.

On the ground floor there are restaurants and cafes. Noise from cafe visitors and music late at night may be a nuisance. There are rooms on the third floor without an elevator

The hotel was super cute. The owners were amazing. Friendly and ver personable. My favorite was the lady who worked the breakfast. Although she didn’t speak English we were able to communicate every morning and she brought joy to my day. So friendly and super sweet. Would stay there again 💯

From the first moment of the welcome at the reception till the last minute of the checkout an extraordinary care and kind attitude of the entire staff was provided. The location is exactly in the heart of the town. I can just recommend to stay there, as I will do surely next time in Satu Mare.

As I visited this hotel for the first time, it was a bit difficult to find it as there is no sign from the street side. But one short phone call have fixed this and from that moment everything went simply great.

I would give a 10+ to this amazing hotel if possible (and I am not among those that give 10 too often). Everything was perfect: the room was spotless and it smelt wonderful, the beds were very comfy, breakfast was very tasty (home made) and the owners are amazing people! Definetly I would come againg!
