I arrived by bicycle during a cycling trip around the island. Staff was courteous and helpful in finding us a good spot to lock our bicycles in the covered garage. My son had a great time playing in the gaming room. Beach access was perfect. Restaurant was excellent and so was breakfast.

I had to switch rooms as the single bed in the room I was given was very small and had a very hard mattress to the point of being uncomfortable for my son. Nicolas from the reception was able to find us another room with a more suitable bed. The wristbands for guests are a nuisance and despite improving security are uncomfortable to wear. The heated indoor pool was very chlorinated. Other than those issues, I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The service was awesome. The place was super clean, in particular I liked the smell of the hair conditioner which was a good size bottle rather than those little sachets. The food was tasty, especially the additional things that other hotels didn't include like cream cheese, salami, cappachino, flavoured breads etc. The pool was hot as it was a cold few days so at least we got to enjoy that. Easy to catch an Uber to more reasonably priced restaurants and we could easily walk on the beach. The Aircon has a heating/cooling function and the microwave was useful. It was a super smooth stay with no issues.

Considering that it was super cold in the winter, the water in the shower needs to be hotter. It was supportable. The sign said not to touch the register to slow down or speed up the flow of water, but the sign said not to touch it. Considering that I would suggest that the temperature of the shower should be taken into consideration if we're not allowed to open the register. Totally minor issue as it was exceptionally cold these days.

I didn't like that without places into the hotel for stay at evening drinks the coffee,. There aren't tables and chairs

Reception crew was attentive and tried their best to correct some maintenance and cleaning issues noticed during check-in. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruits and hot items. Ocean view was perfect and as described during reservation.

The facilities require attention to cleaning details and maintenance. Cleaning improvements are required for carpets (specially reception area end elevators). Soiled surfaces must be cleaned. Black residues in room shower floor must be removed. Stairwell steps rubber surfaces must be glued to floor to avoid creating tripping hazards. Minor paint dents must be corrected, (both in common areas as well as rooms) as they occur. Accumulation affects overall appearance.

Well located, private beach, food is good.

Towels for the pool are really small, besides you need to pick them at the front desk, that doesn’t make sense at all. But in general is a great option to stay and enjoy

Spacious, clean with great amenities and a superb breakfast. The hotel is on the beach which is quiet and clean. We loved our stay here

great location. great pools. great services. staff was amazing very respectful and friendly, there is a restaurant in front of the pool and a bar in front of the beach always ready to serve you. I am a surfer dude so Felipe (staff) gave hot tips about the best location and time to go out there. we supposed to stay just a few days and turned out we stay a week because my wife liked so much.
