We arrived late in the evening, but someone was waiting for us with the keys and kindly let us into the apartment. The location of the accommodation was amazing, with a lovely view from the terrace to the harbor area. The apartment was basic, but spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean but a bit old-fashioned, not exactly what the pictures showed when booking, but good. A parking space was provided. A bottle of welcome wine was a nice gesture! The swimming pool was within walking distance.

The beach is quite close, too, but it was not mentioned that they charge 5€ per person/day for the sunbeds. Given the time you spend there, it is pretty expensive for a family of 4. We would like to have had the information that wearing swimming caps in the swimming pool is mandatory before making a reservation. These should have been mentioned in advance. It would have been great to have pictures of the apartment you are booking, not just some random examples. I was also missing basic household cleaning supplies (dishwasher tablets (not just two pieces), dishwashing liquid, cleaning brush, and/or vacuum cleaner).

stunning location, great value for money. Beach and pool both amazing and everyone was so friendly. Lots of restaurants and a few bars to choose from right within the marina.

A barbecue on the patio would have been a great addition as the local grocer had some lovely products on sale. Only small things missing which would help, basics like a kitchen dishtowel ( there wasn't any) an oven but no oven glove. Also basics like salt, pepper, oil and a bottle of fairy liquid for washing breakfast dishes etc.

It’s everything we expected and more. Once we checked in the friendly staff walked us from the office to the apartment and showed us everything. We stayed in Ponza and there was private and secured parking in the basement that was also connected to the elevator. The balcony had a beautiful view of the inner marina with the sea in the distance. The bottle of welcome wine was a very nice touch! Everything we used in the apartment was working - washing machine, oven, fridge, iron, drying rack. It was very spacious with ample storage furniture, extra pillows and towels. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The pool was closed but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. There were restaurants and bars within the complex, but we only tried out koffee for breakfast which was good value and the staff were friendly.

Wish the mini market was open! The other option was a short drive into town which we didn’t feel like doing so we walked to the mini marts in Cattolica instead which was about 12/13 minutes.

Excellent location in a small, quiet bay. Private beach right outside the windows. On the other side, there is direct access to the pool. The apartments are clean and have two bathrooms. Parking space in the garage is provided, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't use it as we had a minibus, but for small cars, it’s great, especially considering the summer heat.

- The internet worked poorly. - Bed linen and towels are for an additional fee (!!!). - There's a small nightclub in the same building - very noisy on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very very clean. Two bathrooms which was a bonus. Two large terraces. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely beaches which aren’t as expensive as other areas of Italy.

The only complaint (which is to do with the structure of the development) was the noise from the trains. You can’t sleep with the windows open.

There is a really nice terrace, beautiful area, was call and chill. Nice apartment, with two bedrooms for the family of 5ppl. All the kitchenette were provided with kitchen supplies. Towels and bedding were packed after laundry.

Lack of good knifes. 4 toilet paper rolls are not enough for 5 days for family of 5, also cleaning soaps and washing machine tabs. Narrow shower bin and lack of shelves/hooks in the bathroom.

Amazing location of accommodation. View from the terrace to the harbor. Peaceful environment and nice beaches. Free outdoor pool within the accommodation. Near the Aquarium of Cattolica. The apartment was clean, spacious with a large terrace and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. We really liked it and would like to repeat our stay in the future. Thank you.

Swimming pool was closed. This was disappointing as it was still nice weather and not even the end of September. I had not noticed this at the time of booking and the pool was a, factor in my choosing the apartments.

Nothing critical - the second bed was a folding bed and the mattresses were not at the same height, there was a step, and I have to add electricity is not stable, in the end no problem, nothing happened

The apartment was beautiful and the location also nice, however as there are so many apartments the pool can be quite far for little kids - but Portoverde is such a nice location
