Its a clean and Beautiful hotel and close to everything. Lots of restaurants/shops nearby the hotel and I like the room as it has spacious space. Breakfast nice as they have lots of choices especially Indonesian food. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay in this hotel again when coming to Medan.

When we first coming and at the entrance the security didn't ask if we stay in the hotel and tell ask to park not in the hotel as it was full from the wedding hall guests so its not convenient to park somewhere else with lots of luggages and we are lucky we can get in to the hotel and i tell another security we need to check-in and lots of luggage as we stay 3 nights 3 rooms and he let us go to drive in the front lobby. They should prioritised the in house guest first rather then those who attend the hall event for the day.

Very nice property in a central location, well-maintained and with great staff support. I especially enjoyed sitting in the patio. All areas of the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of tasty selections.

The initial room I given was too close to a conference/banquet room and I had to endure for several hours the noises and loud music from a birthday party that was taking place. I contacted the Front Desk staff and the issue was remedied when I was moved to a very nice and spacious junior suite. I was surprised that although I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I was not offered or granted access to the Concierge Lounge.

Great pool and breakfast buffet had a good variety of indonesian/ asian and western selection. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can book a taxi to the airport for 300,000 IDR and it takes about an hour. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. There is a supermarket across the street, some restaurants- convenient yet very heavy traffic.

The lounge and elevators had advertisements for local craft beer, but it was not available. We came from Lake Toba and had to drive through the downtown traffic to get to the hotel- that was our poor job of researching ahead of time

Outstanding service all around from the doormen, to the front desk, room service, the concierge even sent up a hair comb for my wife when we couldn't find hers. Excellent breakfast buffet just first class all around.

We wanted to book trips to go around the outskirts of Medan, see Lake Toba, the orangutans etc. And the hotel staff and conceirge were very helpful. They booked us taxis and helped explain to us where to go etc. Very good experience!

Very nice place to stay central Medan. Lot's of options for breakfast, and a well assorted hotel bar as well for evening drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms.

Nothing really

Breakfast buffet was superb. They serve street food like mie ayam, bakwan, lontong. All are very delicious. We don't have to go out to find street food anymore. The hotel is very clean n bed is comfortable. Very fast chk in n chk out. Strongly recommended to stay.

Everything was very good . Especially the restaurant team that prepare twice pick up breakfast and the laundry team that clean our shoes and cloths within few hours ! Reception team was also very polite and helpful!

Next room TV was very loud

The bed is king size with firm mattress. The room size is enough for 2 of us.

Rather old. The bathroom is considerably small as when opening the bathroom door it blocks shower door.

I was taking a group of 8 people to Bukit Lawang and chose this hotel as the ideal place to start the adventure. The whole group was very impressed with the hotel and food.
