Good. The breakfast spread was decent. South Indian food was of the highest quality. Loved the masala dosa and Poha. Deli items were dry and certainly not fresh. Lacked that excitement. On request, the staff were kind enough to prepare 'Kashmiri Noon Chai' on the house. That was sweet of them. The staff makes up for many things not up to mark.

It was -8 when we were around. It was our first day and the heating system broke down. They quickly brought a portable heater. That stopped working at 2 am. So, the night went down cold and uncomfortable. They fixed the issue the next day. Bonfire was at a good spot. But was taken over by a couple who kept playing HoneySingh and other party songs in property owned large Blootooth music system, loudly. We and others were so put off that we went back to our room.

Hotel had upgraded me. Bonfire in the evening was excellent. House keeping staff was very good and attentive. Allowed us until late afternoon to check out. Food option was good. Children were given complementary dinner which I was very pleased. Hotel was prompt to arrange for various excursion and sight seeking activities Big campus allowed guests to rome around freely.

The bed could have been king-size. Further mattress for the extra bed was bad as it would bend in the middle causing back ace. The bathroom was very cold and some heating arrangements could have been made. However, the bathroom had an excellent shower with hot water. Better or alternative space for breakfast particularly at peak hour, as due to rush, no attention was paid to your order. As the hotel was on the hilltop, should have some travel arrangements to markets for guests.

Excellent location , scenic surroundings

For two days I kept complaining that the air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too warm . Could not sleep comfortably because of it for 2 days - finally after I complained the third time they got it set right and on the third day we could sleep comfortably

Touched by the hospitality and warmth of the entire staff. The service is top notch and the views are breathtaking. Would like to specially mention : Younis and team for making a special occasion even more special for us. Would love to thank Manzoor, Rouf, Amin, Ubaid, Uzmera Shaukat and chef Bhandari for their keen attention to details of our needs and always being present for us. WASEEM AND SHAUIB at the front desk left no stone unturned to make sure we fall in love with Kashmir and then the property itself. The outside area where are horses stand, could me a bit more cleaner. I do understand that its outside the property, but that's the entrance :-)

We stated at Radisson in Pahalgam for 2 nights/ 3 days with family. It is a beautiful property with scenic views. The staff is very courteous and friendly, always greets you with a smile. Excellent room service and food. The F&B staff were more than happy to cater for our food requests. The entire staff was warm and courteous especially Nazeer, Rouf, Firdous, Sahil, Uzmara and Junaid. The fact that I remember their names is evident of the great hospitality they have provided. They were very calm and kind with kids. They also prepared special Kashmiri dishes for us when asked for authentic Kashmiri cuisine that was not on the menu nor part of the buffet. The cafe serves good quality coffee and desserts. Property has a big lawn with delightful music. The rooms are neat and clean. In close proximity to Aru and Betab valley. I loved staying at this property and is now my choice for Pahalgam.

Location is really nice and close enough to the city and the river… rooms are really nice

Youd expect shampoo, soap, slipper, dental kits but nope we had to order on multiple batches…we were told dinner is complimentary then got charged after using the buffet … theyll try and charge you for the smallest things like the recreation room

Good location with mountain view. Nice property with proper placement and ample outdoor seating. Good food. Chef Farqoo and Adil served nice meals. Their Mysore Dosa, Tandoori roti, Tandoori aloo where super. Food managers Ruf, ubaid and entire staff was good.

It missed river view.

The location is amazing and walking distance to the market Beautiful and serene location and picture perfect ambience Rooms are well equipped and the heated flooring was a wonderful during the cold Staff were amazing. Obaid, front office team, F n B team were all simply amazing

Nothing to dislike

the staff the service everything was perfect. the head there Mr shavinder he was amazing host. made my son n me feel at home. the rest of the staff were really courteous. Mr Abhishek personally made sure that my son was fed whatever he wanted. at what ever time. my toddler enjoyed a lot .

there is nothing at all that i did not like the property. the view and the ppl at hotel just loved them all.

The rooms were a tad bit small.. they could have made the rooms more spacious
