comfortable and clean, no damage, good location close to Av. Juarez where plenty of bars clubs and restaurants are located. Even a walk to the downtown is easy and done in 30 minutes. Walmart is close located and some other shops.

The rooftop is closed a 22.00h. This is a pitty because specially the night view is great above Puebla at this time. Also it would be a nice place to sit outside and not in the smoking corner in front of the hotel. The beakfast could be with a better variaty but it is a good mexican standard. The coffee is poor, you see the bottom of your cup. In former times you where asked for some special egg or bacon. The bar was not open.

The staff was so nice and the view amazing. They were very empathetic and really felt approachable and careful,. However, place is a bit outdated.

The lack of communication between the hotel management and the catering for breakfast (first day breakfast was good, the second day it was awful due to a large amoung of kids and a lack of event management).

The Hotel outside and inside was very fancy and impressive ☺️... The view from the roof was exceptionally lovely. There were Christmas decorations all over the city...a huge lighted Christmas tree and big lighted ferris wheel all lit up The elevator inside was several stories tall and all glass, open to the circular atrium. The room was nice with two full beds, and the shower was very modern The sheets were exceptionally soft and decorated with elegant piping. The TV was big and worked well, with installed Apps. The pictures on the wall were very pretty and we're of local Cathedrals and mountains in the area. The valet service that parked our car was very nice and appreciated. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English We got an exceptional reduced price on Booking.com

The water never did get warm in the shower and the pressure was not very good. The beds were a little too firm and the pillows were not the best, but it was super clean.

The room was comfortable, quiet and super clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is excellent and the neighborhood around is very nice for waking or going out for dinner to Juarez avenue. Safe.

Central air-conditioning was shut off, so only the fan was working. There was no hot water one day. The bar is still closed. Spotty Wifi, in the room.

Location was great, very close to night clubs and 10 minutes away from the Zocalo!

I struggled to open my door with the card they gave me. Had to tap it a couple of times in order to get into my room.

The service in general is good, and the discretion of the personnel is a plus for me.

I like to park my car, but the hotel has valet parking. Sometimes, I have to wait outside until the staff takes my ticket to bring my car. Overall, it was fine.

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes away from downtown.

There was some confusion regarding breakfast being included in the reservation and later with pricing.

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

There area is safe, but the hotel is a bit far from the center.

This is an amazing hotel, a hidden gem. Rooms are very nice, large enough, every small detail was taken care of. Location is perfect, in colonia la paz, a centric and safe spot where you have plenty of choices to eat and you can go to Juárez avenue where you will find restaurants and nightlife pubs.

- The bar is no longer working - Water temp at the shower is quite inconsistent - Just a small bottle of water was provided - Thermostat had the buttons stuck

Very clean and spacious , awesome staff. Specially the gentlemen in the garage, they always go the extra mile!!!
