The Cafe and Paradox Grill (food, services and experience) were incredible! The cafe offered a delicious easy breakfast and the Grill offered incredible meals (We loved the miso salmon and dox burgers!!) The nature hikes surrounding the area we amazing - truly awe striking! The 4 hours or coaster bikes enhanced it all as well! We also super enjoyed the petting zoo, the animal were so cute and friendly as were the staff. Throughout our stay, the Gateway Canyon Resorts made every moment special. We plan to return sometime, definitely do the helicopter ride and visit the automobile museum our second time around. We had an incredible, unforgettable time - the only thing is hot tubs near the pool would be cool - but that’s tiny in comparison to the amazing experience this team cultivated for us! Other than that the only other thing I didn’t like was leaving, excited to come back!!

The location is stunning, as well the property with facilities. Great pool and great service there too. Exceptionally outstanding ist the Automobile Museum. What beauties there.

Wonderful spa and staff. The scenery and setting is first rate. Overall, the staff at the hotel and restaurant were very cordial.

A few small items of contention. The WiFi in our room was either on or off. Mostly off. The in-room coffee maker was broken. I informed the front desk and WiFi never improved (perhaps the tech expert was not present, it was Labor Day weekend.). A new coffee maker never arrived. One of our three days of staying, room service arrived a bit early for us. I asked that they return a bit later. They never returned. Although the dinners were quite good and priced as expected, breakfast was a different story. Breakfast is best described as subpar. Cool, dull, and over priced for the quality. $45 for two average plates with coffee. Meh!
