Spacious room, very good restaurant service,pleasing helpful staff.

Quite a distance from city center, surroundings properties on road side leave a average impression. While checking in I was told that the booking coupon received at the Hotel was only for the room and didn't mention complimentary breakfast. This was contrary to the booking conditions.. I had to show the booking reference documents to set this right. Request that in future the booking coupons sent to the Hotel truly reflect the booking terms.

The Hotel is located towards the north of Dehradun on Chakrata Road, which gets crowded (like most parts of Dehradun) during evenings. We reached around 1.30 pm and were welcomed by Buransh juice which is known to have medicinal properties. After a prompt check-in, we were escorted to our rooms (adjacent to each other as requested earlier), on the second floor. Hotel corridors were 8 feet wide, with plush carpets, and tastefully done up with exquisite paintings. The rooms were very spacious, squeaky clean, with crisp linen and king size beds, a double sofa, table with chair, and all other comforts. On our request they opened the intervening door, which was very useful for us. It had a game room, small Gym, Spa, business center and restaurants. We had lunch and dinner at Zafran, which served delectable food. We enjoyed authentic Mughlai and Chinese cuisine during our stay. Breakfast options were varied and sumptuous. We stayed for couple of nights, before checking out which was equally efficient.

Probably, the only thing we missed was a swimming pool, which would really be useful for many guests especially during summer months. Secondly, they do not have any membership schemes at present, which could be started to provide a more personalised experience to guests.

I booked an Executive room for my stay. The room was really good, the staff was also very supportive. The location of the property is also good free from the choas of the city.

If you are a biker then you have to worry about your bike parking because the hotel doesn’t have inside bike parking and you have to park your bike outside the hotel which causes a little tension for bike safety.

Everything was amazing about the hotel, the best thing I liked is the hospitality and the cleanliness the way you have maintained is amazing.The staff was well dressed, polite and co- operative.

The only thing I did not like is food is costly.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Hospitality and courtesy of the staff was commendable.

Food quality could be further improved especially the bakery items. Most of the morning bakeries were too dry. The gym is too small for a 4 star property with just one treadmill and a few equipment available.

The property is very well situated and has all the facilities that you would loo forward to including Spa, Gym, Restaurants, Bar, etc. although the bar is currently not operational since it is under renovation. The rooms are spacious… our room had a balcony overlooking garden and green forest cover beyond that … so it was really nice to sit-out in the evening … the staff is very courteous…, overall very good experience!!!

The hotel Gym is well equipped with all basic equipment but unfortunately the gym timings are not suited for users …. it opens too late around (after 09:00 am) and shuts too early (around 08:00 pm) .., we could use the gym only on a single day (in evening)… second day, we just had to abandon the plan since we reached gym at 08 am and were told to wait till 09 am (which was too late for us) …, the timing for gym has to be early morning (around 06 am onwards).

Clean, spacious rooms. Good property.

Location of the property is quite far from the city centre. The room I stayed in was way too noisy. Heard every car pass by on the road. Hot water in the shower was barely hot. Buffet breakfast had decent selection, however cold and lacked flavour.

Its clean and confortable! The breakfast spread was very good! Its a good bet!

The bathroom can have free flow of shampoo etc with those attached bottles of shampoo etc! They can be more generous with supply of tea bags etc

stater was ok veg and non veg both. Dal makhni was sweet and size of Tandoori roti was too small. even two Tandoori roti is not enough for one person

Bit off in terms of locafion from the city centre and another one was when i requested for an umbrella and they said no its for coming guests and not available for you.
